Absolutely amazing cake,,. Special thanks to the person who made it. We didn’t expect it to be this good; a white rose cake modified to match frozen theme. The photograph was a little distorted in center, but overall really nice. Thanks again.

Friendly staff, I found the bell to call them useful since I like looking around and taking my time before ordering anything. Got to taste some samples before ordering my slice which was nice. The slice I ordered was mountain berry cheesecake. It was creamy and not overly sweet, which was nice. I would have preferred a more buttery biscuit base instead of the slightly dry coconuty one they used, but it was still good. All the gelatine they use is plant based, so it's vegetarian friendly, which I appreciate even though I'm not a vegetarian. Would visit again to try some other flavours.

Just wanted to thank The Cheesecake Shop in Hamilton for the assistance and great customer service yesterday. Although the cake was not what I initially ordered online, the tiramisu torte I ended up selecting was amazing and everyone LOVED it! Your cakes are just amazing!! Thanks!

Outsourced my child's birthday cake and they did a fab job. Super fresh and really affordable. Made to order was a breeze and the staff were very helpful, highly recommend this shop and they open late most days . Cake was a hit with the kids .

Good place and perfect location and plenty of space to park car. They do keep some items on sale so do have a look. They're cheaper and one slice of cake so enough to satisfy that sweet tooth. Great place to order cakes and also buy them on spot. They have cakes ready for purchase and usually there's a good variety. The staff was very nice and very helpful when I asked them about different flavours of cake. They seems very well informed and great experts at what they're doing. Thank you for your wonderful service. I'll sure visit again.
