Reviews of Janus Bakkerij
A.Large flat white comes with 4 shots (very yum!), And the hash stack does come with more tomato's but I passed them on to my partner, but very yum! Large hash browns, fresh ingredients. Chips were great, service was wonderful! Nice & easy :)
F.I was there to pick up a cake yesterday, and has already been served by a lovely young girl, then another older waitress came to me, obviously i wasn't paying attention to her as I was looking somewhere else. I didn't hear her the first time. Then I realized she was questioning me, "can I get you somthing OR NOT". Her tone is mostly disguised, then i said nicely that "sorry, i am here to pick up a cake, someone is getting it for me now " then she said in the same disguised tone again"you've been served" then walk away!...is this really necessary!!! JB makes lovely cakes but this particular waitress need to work on her personal skill.
F.Ordered a takeaway coffee from there the other day, and was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had! Definitely want to come back for another one sometime!
D.Janus Bakery has wonderful cakes and biscuits as long as your not Gluten free just same old boring choc brownie everywhere offers up for GF. The breakfast and lunch menu have a nice selection of gf meals though I had beautiful scrambled egg6with salmon through them served on wilted spinach which was very delicious
