Amazing bakery! Everything is world class & great coffee too, no wonder there's always a line outside when they open up. They're also known to give your kids free Brezels, which like everything else on the shelf are delicious. A gem in Lower Hutt.

My sister’s local European bakery, Taste of Europe, has the gorgeous sweet and savory treats and it’s always most enchanting trying to decide what to buy. I absolutely adore the Fruchtplunder plum it chic cherry because of the freshness of bread and texture not to mention the intense fruit flavour. Highly recommended!

Smallish selection but very nice products

Cut back to it's essential core, this unassuming bakery produces some of the most stunningly good breads, pies and delights. I'm systematically working my way through their pies, and can report their bacon and egg leads the pack, followed by (in descending order), mince and cheese, mince, steak and cheese and their sausage roll. Yet to be graded is there beef and mushroom, which shall be next week's trip. Their bacon and egg was made with smoked bacon, lifting a class of pie that typically follows mince pies in taste, top leading the pack through having that little bit more excitement over it's feel beef competitors. Well worth sorting out yourselves. Also, the nice ladies behind the counter are very nice to look at.

Daily fresh baked breads, danish pastries and cakes that make your mouth water. Always a difficult choice of what to buy as it all looks so delicious. So lucky that it’s our local bakery and within stumbling distance!
