D.As soon as I began the process of researching for our new ovens and mixer Total baking stood out, being able to view the items we were going to purchase in the test bakery was the sealing of the deal. Having two guys to talk to and help decide on which models would suit us that are so knowledgeable and still in the bakery game (Michael & Jason) is something so unique to the industry and stands these guys out from any of their competition. The whole process of ordering right through to delivery was seamless and the communication lines were constantly open to keep us informed.
When it came to installation, the guys stepped up again, both of them spent two days in the bakery with my staff and I helping setup and program and test almost every item we make. The changeover to the new items was seamless and stressless.
To put it honestly we could not of asked for more, we are so happy with the ovens and mixer and the on going service and advice is absolutely awesome, Thank you Total Baking we cant wait to purchase some more.
