Best croissant I’ve had in years, including the ones I’ve eaten in France! Their turmeric latte is also delicious. Staff is friendly, they even brought water out for our dog :)

They’re a bit precious, wouldn’t let me get their big breakfast with hollandaise on the side which has never happened anywhere else. Overall food was good but doesn’t live up to the hype. Went back to my go to - Mixture Eatery across the road 👍

Love, love, love 💛 Such a great eatery, good food, coffe and fresh juices. Did the Boomer - couldn’t finish the goodness. Salmon & Spuds - nom nom! Great staff, beautiful spot to start your weekend. Busy, but that’s to be expected when the place is so good. Popped into the Elspeth bakery part for a takeaway coffee and pastry treat - definitely stoked we did. Ka pai team 👍🏽

Had a nice brunch here with a mate in the weekend. Love the interior, warm atmosphere and staff was friendly. No pic of the food ordered as I was too hungry lol. Oh and coffee was great thanks! Would visit again!

Really good almond croissants but unfortunately staff barely wears masks. They also don’t seem to care if customers wear masks…

Amazing food and great service! We loved every dish ordered from the menu, especially the Smashed Avo and Corn Fritter dishes. Definitely worth your time and money if you appreciate a quality cafe experience.

We have enjoyed lovely meals twice here but won't go again. The man ,(manager?), Was serving people without wearing a mask then sat down to his own lunch and coughed and sneezed INTO HIS HAND! This is both unhygienic and ILLEGAL! All other staff were masked at all times and we're great.

Insanely busy, insanely popular, and for good reason! If I'm ever up this ways again I'd return for sure. Focaccia sambo was dreamy as. Excuse the pic, I'm the world's messiest eater + decided to take a pic AFTER tucking in ;)

A very attractive looking bakery/cafe. We got a sandwich, citron tart and coffee. The coffee was excellent, citron tart had a very light, creamy filling that melted in the mouth. Our feta, tomato and spinach sandwiches were not cheap at $10 each, but definitely worth that price. We also bought a baguette which we didn't eat until the next day. It held up well and was also delicious. I'm only giving 4 stars because there were flies crawling all over the bread on the shelves - not a good look at all.

Simply amazing! Both dishes and sweets are delicious. We had omelette and salmon and spud, each of them is carefully crafted and is verry yummy. Muffins are pieces of art. Coffee is really good too.

Popped in for a quick brunch on a Friday morning. It was over 70% full, but didn't feel crowded or manic. The menu is a great collection of twists on the normal kiwi brunch spot staples, really making all options sound very inviting! We went with the "Ed's Bene" which came on a delicious crumpet with saerkraut and the french toastie which was a beautiful dish to look at before we even got stuck into the rich sweet dish. The coffee is great too, matching the great standard the food has set. Not to miss if in the Mount!

Recommended by my chef brother, this simple wee bakery and cafe makes the basic pastries phenomenal. Ham, cheese, and tomato croissant was incredible, as was the mille fieulle. Mum's sausage roll was a beautifully seasoned treat. Coffee was perfect too.

I had morning tea there today. Three of us ordered a sweet muffin each with a hot drink. However I was perplexed to see that each muffin came with a separate side dish of butter cubes. Given the richness of the muffins I wondered why butter was supplied as well. It seems a bit OTT and needless to say, while none of us used any of the butter on sweet muffins; I guess the butter was wasted. The muffins were very yummy and tasty. We received great service and I did mentioned this to the young waiter at the time. I would happily recommend this cafe to my friends.

Great menu that slightly differs from your normal cafe. Had the waffles which was not too sickly sweet, the amount of variaty on the one plate with flavors and texture is on point. The stand out dish was the corn/courgette fritters that had surprising Thai flavours.

Went on a Saturday morning and it was very busy, which is to be expected. There is 2 tills and it was very cramped waiting in line to order. We sat outside as that was the only option and the icy wind left us freezing. The menu has lots of options which is great. I ordered their version of smashed avo on toast which was delicious but ridiculously small for $18. It was serviced on two tiny pieces of toasted baguette. There was plenty of toppings, would have been perfect if there was 1 or 2 more pieces of baguette to go with it. Would go back but be sure to bring a coat!
