Simply superb bakery! Their fresh ham rolls go down a treat and the blonde man who works the coffee machine makes a wicked Cappuccino with cinnamon. Delicious pies, tasty sweet treats. Even the music they have on rotation in the bakery is good - that's right, I go there that often. Well done and keep doing what you're doing - I love it.

The best pies in the Bay....donuts are to die for.... so soft fresh and plenty of filling. Bread is OMG fresh and soft real old fashion bread. Service and coffee is impeccable....if you are looking for quality breads,cakes,pies,coffee this has to be your ...."ONE STOP BAKERY SHOP" and they also stock "GLUTENFREE CAKES & SLICES" Highly recommend to pay a vist

Sandwiches are lovely and fresh, affordable prices. Shame about the rude blonde girl who served us. We would have liked to sit in and enjoy but she placed our order takeaway and had a bad attitude towards me asking of wifi, in which she said she did not have the answer. Then proceeded to be unwelcoming and watch us up until we left.

Fabulous bread and great coffees. Dropped a star as the person who served us was wearing a mask as neck decoration. Not cool at any time but especially when COVID cases have been announced in the town.

Great traditional kiwi style bakery. Great value, great quality, good assortment and friendly staff. Don't expect the tasteless chain-style produce that you see in places like "the bakehouse or Hollywood" bakeries. Simon, Tracey and their staff have a passion for proper baking and this shows in their goods. Our neighbourhood loves Rise bakery. 5+ stars!

Absolutely beautiful baked goods, they offered a fantastic local delivery service during lockdown and they had a great variety to choose from, staff are very friendly and helpful and it's always good to use your local businesses. Recommended.

Friendly staff, nice doughnuts n coffee

Exceptional coffee, food is yummy as its freshly baked on the premises. Breads, pastries, pies, sweet treats & packed items. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Today the young man on the counter, went out of his way to wipe the coffee he spilt in the saucer when he delivered it to the table...that's a first 👍🏼😊

Great local bakery in the heart of Golden Sands - we are very lucky to have this treasure on our backdoor step! Amazing fresh, delicious food, great service, friendly staff. Doughnuts to die for!!

We love this bakery. the best pies in town, and amazing coffees. The staff is also super friendly.

Their sandwiches and dessert are great! Perfect for weekend picnic. Price is pretty cheap and affordable =) Kids love their food as well. Toast is not that great but other than that, I love here =)

My test for a bakery is their Bacon and Egg pie. These guys score well here. Eccles cakes, yummy strudel, wonderfull heavy fruitcake. And a very pleasant young fella serving.

This is a nice place to visit if it is bakery products that you are after.In my view after a lifetime in the baking industry this is surely a place that will not disappoint the discerning foodie. Definitely worth a visit folks that's for sure.
