Texted an order through on the number listed on the website. Waited around for an acknowledgement but never received one. Went down to the drive through and my order had been there a while. I was told to text my arrival time next time (not mentioned on their website). I said I was waiting to see if you had received my order but was subsequently told they don't have credit on that phone and are too busy to reply anyway. Basically it was my fault I didn't know this non-existent requirement was there and should know better. Why not just put this tiny but equally important bit of information on your website for first time customers? In saying that the bagels are well priced compared to the competition in town.

Highly recommend this place. So many awesome things to rave about: 1. Drive-through but with Good wholesome refreshing food and drink! 2. Service - impeccable, the team either know your name or will greet you as old friends. 3. Every takeaway coffee cup is labelled with a sweet message. 4. Coffee & Food is soo good!

Such a great place. Drive thru for those on the run! Fresh bagels with delicious fillings, and they make a killer oat milk flat White. The staff are always attentive, friendly and go the extra mile. Recommended!!!
