We realised last minute that we had forgotten a colleague's birthday. I called Jo and she bent over backwards to help. She tailored her cupcakes and donuts to our favourite flavours and delivered these to him at incredibly short notice, for no extra charge. Nothing was a bother. Five star quality and service!!!
