I'm so glad I found this wee gem! Great food and staff. So easy to nip in and grab your lunch or coffee on the go.

Very delicious food and drinks had 2 lunches there and took home some dinner Excellent service friendly staff Pop in for a delicious lunch

Has a wide selection of food with affordable prices. Nice staff and coffee as well. Not to mention best sausage roll I have tried so far.

Had breakfast here quite a few times. Food is always good, freshly baked pies and pre made sandwiches. Perfect for quickly grabbing food if you’re waiting for a tour which are all relatively close by. Good customer service on each visit

Clean tidy small room, two single beds on castors that seemed to have a life of their own and a very good one night price. Close to airport.

Always drop by here every morning during our stay in Queenstown, pie is good for the price, service is great and easily comparable with best pies.

These guys have great customer service. A awesome place to get a good ole fashioned pie and good coffee/hot choccys.

The service and food was amazing. Pies thin crust packed full of real filling. The salads are a meal on there own easily.

Unfortunately the pies here aren't that great and they are also overpriced (but maybe that's just because it's in a tourist concentrated location). Their coffee wasn't too bad and their sandwiches/ rolls looked nice but I don't recommend the pies.

Just a heads up so no ones time is wasted, they do not make macarons - I just called in, as I was searching for them in Queenstown, but google's suggestion is wrong. Still a wonderful place however, great treats and cakes!

The perfect place to stop in before heading up the mountain. They've got a good selection of filled rolls and sandwiches, as well as things like muffins all wrapped up and ready to go. The coffee is tasty and the croissants are some of the best I've had in New Zealand.

After living in NZ for a year, this has to be the best bakery I've gone to. Amazing iced drinks, milkshakes, coffees and sandwiches. The sweets are to die for, especially the Espresso Cream Éclair. The people working here are so lovely also!

Went to The Bakery early on a Saturday before a trip to Milford Sound, which was was then cancelled so we ended up lingering for about 30 minutes. We got an almond croissant, vegetable pie, muesli bar, and long black. I try to eat vegan without making a fuss about it and it wasn't readily apparent which, if any, of the baked goods were vegan (signage to this effect would be nice). The coffee was good and the prices were fair.

Wow - delicious pies! The cabinets are full of tasty treats at great prices. High quality cakes for celebrations available to purchase too.

Forget the busy burger shop across the road, come to this bakery! Had a very tasty lamb and mint pie and the fresh sandwich selection was amazing and actually tasted fresh. The pie, sandwich, a cookie and a huge coffee (I was hungry) was just over $20 so I was very impressed! The staff were also very friendly.

Best pies, especially the Mexican pie, and great coffee..I went there almost everyday in Queenstown. You won't regret it.

Went to get a last minute birthday cake, the service was so amazing. Asked them for add ons and both the ladies were happy to help. It feels really great when someone goes an extra mile just to make ur experience even better. Totally recommend this place!

Travelling New Zealand on holiday from Oz. Australians know good meat pies. And so does the Bakery Queenstown. Had a $5NZD mince pie to hold me down between breakfast and lunch. The perfect simple pie. Would recommend 👌👌👌.

This bakery should have 5 stars! Best croussiant Ive ever had in my life, the service was fast and easy, the price is the lowest ever and if you are on a budget you could have breakfast, lunch, and dinner and only spend $20 bucks a day. Not alot of seating so you can take it to go!

At first glance this cafe looks a little old and shabby, but they have a wide variety of fresh sandwiches and pastries for the sweet tooth. I was surprised that they have glutenfree sanwiches and wraps, that all look so ”normal”!

Enjoyed a pie and donut. Bought some sandwiches for a later lunch, decent price and tasty! Wish they sold bread by the loaf, saw that advertised but none on display.

Queenstown is not a cheap area but The Bakery Queenstown was. The food was your tasty Bakery food but at a much-lower-than-average-queenstown-price. My unwell sister only wanted bakery food, my dad wanted soup and I wanted a cold drink. We came across this bakery which had all three. It's in the CBD too, so you don't have to walk far. I would highly recommend it!

Delicious pies + decent coffee for 8$. For sure a good and cheaper alternative to the overcrowded Ferg place just on the other side of the street.

Not sure why I rated it 3 stars at first. The place is not as busy as the other places around it so it's easier to get what you need here. Everything I've had here has been very tasty and the staff very nice.

Disappointing chicken roll - bun, lettuce, cheese, tomato, chicken only - no butter, no mayo, no relish, no flavour.
