When you know where it is located you will want to go there every week. The owner, Anthony is really a talented baker. From sourdoughs, pizza doughs, and my personal favourite the authentic french croissants and pain au chocolat. Be warned... you will want more of it... Thank you Anthony for making our weekend breakfasts a treat from back home.

Real bread, actual real bread that is really actually bread, in New Zealand! No fluffy edible children's pillows pretending to be bread. Amazing! Open Mon Tues Fri Sat

Be aware of opening days which are minimal at the address. It's hard to spot as it's in a row of industrial premises. But worth the time to track down. My spelt loaf was warm and so fresh. The french pastries weren't ready when I passed by on my way to work at 8am. This is an artisan business and highly recommended.
