F.Spotless, bright and we'll displayed as always.
HOWEVER I'm always reminded of how much I dislike the new generic packaging/cours of savoury goods.
Every pack looks the same.
You have to search 👀for the ID Bacon&Egg, Steak Mince etc.
Same with the Premium Range just a mass of colour on the package.
M.love this bakery delicious food, but favourite has got to be the exquisite donuts they are very very good. love the cookies and slices too😋 favourite bakery by far!!😁
M.This is da bomb for bread/pastry lovers like me! And also for all you sweet tooth out there. Their selection of donuts is amazing. However, you'd have to go early if not you'll only be left with a few miserable pieces towards closing. They sell packaged cookies and other pastries too, and their loaf of bread is really cheap at $2.20. Donuts are 6 for $12, or $2.50-$2.80 each.

Vegetarian pie was pretty good.
S.Went in with my grandson, 11, who bought lunch. Back in the car he showed me his change, and it was $1 short. I went back, and as soon as I told the staff member who had served my grandson, the till was opened and the dollar given back, no questions asked. I was wild , as this was the 3rd time in a couple of weeks that both grandsons had been short changed. ONLY the once at Couplands. Anyway, it's on a busy corner with traffic lights, so it's ok getting in and out. The food is pretty good and plentiful. The shop was clean and smelled divine.

N.Coupland's has great baked goods, fresh baked daily and with their own brand of goodies. You can get your drinks and pick up a hot pie, yummy cake or sandwich if you like too.

M.I am really thankful that Couplands is here in Timaru, and not across the street from where I work. Otherwise I would get extremely fat. Couplands range of savouries and foods are amazing and I love stopping here whenever I am passing through Timaru to buy something yummy for lunch.

J.Visiting Couplands is like a kid in a candy store. So much great selection that you're in danger of overeating. Customer service is always great and you can be assured you'll buy fresh food.

B.Usually couplands are excellent. New years eve recieved really awful service from a staff member. I Tried to be helpful by mentioning something to check and possibly fix. It was such a small issue. All I got was an argument, an attitude and embarrassed infront of other customers and a very sarcastic "you have a very happy new year" She wasnt really listening. "No no no its correct". All I needed was a simple, "oh ok thanks for that I will check that out later" that would have been the end of it. It was so bad I should have just left and not brought anything.
You should listen to customers, they aren't always right but at least give them the benefit of the doubt.
Dont let this put you off. Some people always have to be right I guess and staff probably come and go. Maybe this person was not suited to customer service or need to learn.
It is a real shame.

A.It's great to have a slice or two in the pantry in case of unexpected visitors. The Citrus Slice is a family favorite. The Bacon and Egg Pie is good solid lunch on day hikes around the region too.
M.The closest ever to home baking !!!! Reasonably priced, huge scope of products + friendly smiling staff. A pleasure to visit.
