T.The chicken and cheese pies are awesome, nice coffee, good friendly service. Very good prices. Every time I come over to the limb centre from Masterton, I call in to the Friendly Cafe..😋
J.Say goodbye to KFC! Brought 4 large pieces of chicken to takeaway. Which I consider a treat, when in the neighborhood.
They were lovely and moist, with the juices flowing. Plus twice the size of measly portions, you receive from KFC. To me they are the place go to.
M.Great place to eat at, good prices on all goods, basic but quality goods for sale. Great staff, and in a good location in the heart of Newtown. Accessible by public transport.

C.That bakery is the best I've ever been to. The pies actually have a flavour that would blow your mind...that's why I go there daily. They use real cheese, and their prices are great. Best bakery EVER!!!! I'll never be going to another bakery again! Only theirs. And the name says it all. They are super friendly. When I was homeless out there, they would give us their left over food. They have massive hearts, with food that makes your soul excited
T.Reasonably priced breakfast of 2 pieces of middle bacon, 2 small cranskyd and some creamy (not dry) scrambled eggs, toast and butter for under $14. Add hashbrowns at $1 or other extras such as beans to your liking. Mocks was good too. Mince savouries have tasty mince. Cream donuts are light and fresh as.
Good job Friendly Bakery. Good selection of nice sandwiches available too.
D.Not a bad bakery. I stopped by here this morning for some eggs on toast. For 6$ it was just what I needed. They have the usual selection of pies, fried chicken and chips as well as the usual sweet treats. Well priced and close to the hospital which suits me perfectly. Staff are also very friendly.
D.Better than mr buns down the road, very clean and tidy. $9 bacon and eggs, can't go wrong there and the poached eggs were cooked very good
