Popped in yesterday for a lamington for my mum. They only had cream filled lamingtons at the time,but the young lad who served me, offered to remove the cream which was greatly appreciated. Customer service excellent, many thanks

Just went to get things for lunch. I chose a bacon and egg and vegetables pie. The slice I got was almost too big for me and I am quite greedy. I also ordered chocolate eclairs which are also huge. We bought chicken salad, and raw fruit salad, with savouries and chocolate cream rolls for the kids, as well as cold drinks. The guy who served us was very friendly and helpful, even slicing some things for us. The premises are tidy and clean. The food was good and showed us why Fitzies has such a great reputation locally. Hungry, and don't want to sit in a restaurant and pay high prices? You can even eat on site at their cafe, or take home, or set up a picnic. Well worth a visit, or several, but check out the size of the portions as well as the size of your hunger and your stomach before buying.

Amazing bakery food, great prices. Friendly team, ideal place for a lunch or work shout. Best custard squares I've had, and their long donuts come in X2 sizes, normal and HUGE. Definitely a place to try if you haven't already.

Apart from the sour faced teen girl who works behind the counter, Fitzie's is the best bakery! Decent meaty pies, proper long cream donuts, huge cakes, not one bit stingee. Don't waste any money at another bakery!!

Fitzies make lovely salad sandwiches and delicious cakes, especially ginger slice. The staff are helpful. My husband likes their Bacon, Steak and Cheese pie.
