This is a typical "personal experiences vary" moment. My experience with BoC has been nothing but great. Everyone at the bank has been extremely helpful. They make me feel that my business actually matters. I like that BoC still feels like tight-knit small town bank even though we are in the biggest city in NZ.

Good customer service, feel welcomed at the reception. Very competitive rate offered, however, a more visible signage will be helpful to locate the office. 5 stars for fast approval of my loan application
