My experience with BoC has been nothing but great. Everyone at the bank has been extremely helpful. They make me feel that my business actually matters. I like that BoC still feels like tight-knit small town bank even though we are in the biggest city in NZ.
J.Good customer service, feel welcomed at the reception. Very competitive rate offered, however, a more visible signage will be helpful to locate the office. 5 stars for fast approval of my loan application
