Day 1: Approximately 3.30 p.m - Your online application was easy, smooth and done in minutes. Once I submitted it, I got a call from you within 15 minutes. By the time you called me, you had completed my credit rating and got my financial details through my bank account. My wonderful case manager talked me through my application, told me she doesn't see a problem with my application then confirmed my interest rate. I became emotional because this was a very affordable repayment plan. People like you gave me a break.
You worked with me and were very friendly with my case. When I told her it was for a trip to Sydney, we talked about the fires and fire smoke there. I was taken that she cared about my safety.
4.47 p.m.: I was sent and reviewed my agreement via email.
6.00 p.m.: I checked my emails and was able to review and return it signed via my $239 J5 phone because your document included a program that allowed electronic signature, simple. I then got an email to confirm it's been received.
Day 2: 8.50 a.m. Received an email from you stating that the loan will be deposited in my bank account.
9.20 a.m.: Checked my account. The loan had been deposited at 9.10 a.m.
