They helped me get civil works started on a 25 lot subdivision in Wellington
I am looking forward to the build phase this summer on the pre sold units.
They helped get the project from concept to reality and made it entirely possible.
My next project is 70-80 Townhouses(council resource consents permitting) with all of the civils ,associated works,..then building.
They are also helping with apartments on the "Iconic" Cuba street in wellington CBD--strengthening/refit - sell
Without these guys, it wouldn't be possible.
