We really enjoyed our stay, the 2 storey nature of the unit made it feel much larger than it actually was. Our unit backed onto a stream and had a small outdoor balcony as well. Overall the unit was clean, tidy and modern.

My fiancé and I had a lovely experience here. They upgraded our room (presumably because it didn't look like they were fully booked), which was amazing off the start. We went from booking the studio room, to being upgraded to the loft room, which was awesome! The reception was very kind on arrival. When we checked out, I had accidentally left a hat in the room, about 10 minutes later I got a call from them letting me know and asking if i was going to be in the area today to come pick it up. I've forgotten things in a hotel before, but NEVER been called when I accidentally left something. This made such a huge impression, it was just such a nice show of kindness. I'd highly recommend staying here. The price was very competitive affordable. The shower was in excellent condition (although the shower head was placed a bit low, which might make it annoying for taller people, not me...). The room was quiet, and there was a nice view of the garden in the middle of the property. Overall, very pleasant. We have stayed at the Kingsgate Hotel here in Dunedin and were quite unimpressed by the upkeep of the room and this was so much better! What a relief. Thank you!

The unit at aria in bank was so lovely and clean. We had a wonderful stay. We had also left some pictures behind and the kind man sent them back to us. Such a kind man.

Really enjoyed the stay. Staff were helpful and kind and the unit was well-supplied and quiet. The design of the room was tasteful and elegant. Highly recommend!

Nice clean unit with modern appliances and bathroom...a little road noise but not too intrusive. Great price and a short 5min walk to some great wee restaurants, bars and a supermarket.

Very clean and modern, would happily stay again. Has everything you need. Bed was vey comfortable. We didnt have any issues with road noise.

Very helpful staff, well stocked with extras , warm and reasonable standard of cleaning. Tariff reasonable and handy to supermarket and take away outlets but some units not very sound proof as not double glazed and close to busy road.

I stay here a bit for work, it's a nice wee spot. I recently left my charger there by accident and they promptly sent it back. Great service

Stayed here for one night on our honeymoon. The host was very nice and friendly on arrival. The heating was on so the room was warm. We stayed in one of the large superior loft suits (no.3). The unit was clean and tidy though there were quite a lot of scuff marks on the walls which could be removed. The reason for 4/5 was due to the amount of noise from traffic, guests and people on the street on and off until the early hours of the morning, definitely not soundproof. The bed was comfy and we found the room cosy. All in all not bad but would recommend a room further back from the street.

Have stayed here a few times now, always enjoyable and friendly helpful, hosts. Perfect location close to park, supermarket and awesome wee cafes and great bagel shop. George st and city center a 5 min drive away but is walkable. Parking this stay was a bit tricky as we were in bigger vehicle but apart from that amazing stay. Clean and had everything we could ask for.

What a find this place was! The owners are very helpful, the suite was clean, cosy and well laid out. Extras such as sewing kits and lovely moisturizers were a great touch. Close to the beautiful Botanic Gardens. I would happily stay here anytime!

Beautiful cozy room , wicked shower pressure, quiet and local to town

This is a great wee place. Owner was very accommodating and probably one of the best accommodation providers I’ve stayed at. Being away with work often I found it the most comfortable and more homely places to stay. Definitely be using this as my go to for Dunedin in the future 🙌

Super clean, definatley not a 2star as in the add! Great lay out for family, well located close to town and amenities in north Dunedin. Was surprised rooms were also serviced, staff super helpful! Would definitely would stay again;)

Such a lovely place to stay. Hosts were super sweet with awesome email contact. It was a freezing Dunedin night and the whole unit was so warm and inviting. It was cleaned to a very high standard. Was not disappointed at all 💯

Stayed for 3 nights. New fit out in apartments which was very nice. Replenished coffee and chocolate sachets very day and a tidy of the unit. Very happy will stay again

Wow, a real surprise here. Best motel in Dunedin that I've seen and I have stayed in a fair few. Very modern, clean with all the little extras and free parking. Highly recommended

Really good customer service, suggested different rooms based on how tired we were and was very friendly. Quiet and tidy room with comfortable bed and other amenities you would expect.

Stayed long term and service was very friendly throughout our stay. Layout of rooms is very trendy, with the mezzanine floor. Very clean and spacious. Location is great in walking distance to the supermarket. We will be back!

Whoops excuse the mess in the pictures...place was beyond expectations! Tucked away north of town, this place is a real gem. Parking was right at the doorstep literally for us and the place was so cosy and quaint. Dining indoors was possible and lovely and the stairs up to our bed was like a prequel to a good rest. Everything was modern and well thought out. 10/10 would book this place again if coming back!

Nice and tidy and walking distance to Botanical Gardens. Room with kitchenette and separate bedroom was quite big and priced well.

Absolutely gorgeous renovated apartments. Lovely throw on the bed which is not run of the mill and lifts the room to a higher level. Our hosts, Janelle and Selby, produced home baked muffins which we were certainly ready for with a cup of tea after our journey there.

Amazing place! Very nice owners, cleen rooms, and well designed. Good location (just across the street from the botanic gardens, and 20 mins walk from city center. We had room number 9, which is a back room, so no noise from the road. Keep in mind that the front rooms might be a bit noisy.

Luxurious accommodation for the family. Tastefully decorated. Comfy beds. Great shower pressure. A 3 minute walk to shops and the beautiful Dunedin botannical gardens. Had a wonderful stay. Warm and cosy. Kids happy here. Parents happy too.

We have stayed here several times since it opened and quite frankly we wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Dunedin. Everything was spotless. Laundry facilities are available on-site at no additional charge. A friendly and welcoming staff on site with plenty of advice on places to visit and eat etc.

Fantastic and helpful staff. Clean. New. Spacious. Convenient. I'd stay again if/when we come back to Dunedin. Something to note is that if you have a larger car you might find their parking bays a challenge.

The property is within walking distance of the Botanical Gardens and all that George Street and the Octagon have to offer. Room layout was ideal for us. Incredible ***agers who went the extra mile during my stay. I haven't left yet and I'm already looking forward to my next stay at Aria on Bank.

We stayed here while visiting family and had a great stay. The unit was spotless and contained everything we needed. The hosts are helpful and passionate about what they do. We stayed here for a wedding held in the botanic gardens and this was the perfect location to ready ourselves.

Just stayed there for 3 nights and it was superb, everything was cleaned and they were very accepting of us staying another night seeing that speedway was to commence the following night, I would go agian.

Cute accommadation which is very tastefully decorated and has a look of luxury. Fantastic hosts who go that extra mile to make sure your visit is special. A casual walk to the botanical gardens and restaurants. As several reviewers have noted, entering/parking can be unwieldy as Bank St is narrow and graded.

A bit of a hike from town, but certainly walkable and mostly flat. Awesome room. They have laundry facilities (dryer was a bit slow but we may have overwhelmed it). Close to a great bagel place.

Second time staying here and another great holiday. Extremely clean, warm and modern and within walking distance to town. Bonus for us was being opposite Parkrun Dunedin course! Will be rebooking again on our next trip.

Great facilities, great friendly staff, the only issue I had was the parking. I drive a van for work and the room I had was on the end, I did not have enough room to park my van between two other cars. So ended up parking 5 minutes walk away. Otherwise nice place

Great place to stay after a long trip. Noel, our host, was very helpful in suggesting things for us to see and do. WiFi was excellent - 10Gb free which was plenty for uploading our trip photos. Highly recommended

Nice touch with electric blankets at this time of year, heat pump and nice and warm; spacious apartments and clean. Parking is tight if you have a truck or longer vehicle

Fabulous motel near the botanical gardens, and still close to the city centre

Excellent accommodation close to all amenities. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly they go above and beyond. Could not recommend more!

Neat modern and really comfortable

You have a few days in a beautiful city to look around and take in all the sights. I was particularly spoilt by the fact it was only a couple of doors down from my university son's flat. I am only 153cm tall so you can see it wasn't very wide.

Really nice hotel and staff. The apartment was really spacious and clean. The location is about 30 min walk or 5 min car of the city center.
