Humm was convenient and their site was easy to use up until I requested to close my account in full as I paid out my loan early. Sent several emails after trying numerous times to phone them all to no avail. I am still awaiting a reply and confirmation from Humm that my loan has been paid and account closed which I need to supply to my bank.

There is definitely hidden fees that the merchants are charged that is charged to you. First purchase I did was an extra $600 to use humm, charged to me by the merchant and second time was charged a Certegy fee of $580 on $3600 by the merchant so it is definitely not interest free. All up $2920 of the $3600 ended up going towards what I brought which is about a 19% fee. You just basically pay all the interest at the beginning. I was told by humm that I shouldn’t be getting charged that fee (friendly customer service on first call) but on another phone call to humm I was told the merchant is charged a fee to use humm and they pass it on to the customer (not so friendly customer service). Apart from not being 100% honest it is a good service. I would actually not have a problem paying a fee but it is quite a big fee and there is not anything in the terms and conditions saying anything about such fee. Just a $30 to $90 setup fee and $8 per month.

I only just opened up a Humm account. So far I am very happy, I am loving how they have opened up, that we can pay instore at certain stores for the Christmas period. Hopefully it stays longer. I also like the longer pay off period for my bills, it's more manageable.

I absolutely love humm. I've been using it for a couple of years now. Big things are great when you need something big that you cant afford at the time. Little things are perfect for the little things in life you'd like to pay off in a few instalments. I love the app. Being able to log in and pay early is perfect for me. Fantastic customer service. Always happy to help when i have questions. The only reason i cant give 5 stars is id love to be able to use it more like the zip card at any stores.

I have used Humm (Certegy) for over 10 years and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. They have helped with engagement/ wedding rings, more recently with car repairs, paying bond on a rental property and buying furniture. If only they had divorce lawyer payment options I’d be set. Thanks Humm.

Love Humm and what it offers. Has been great when unexpected bills arrive or needing something and don't have the full amount to get it. The repayment options are great too and you can make payments early or have them moved back a little if you need. Love it! Thank you Humm!

Very happy and a wonderfull experience using And having access to Humm, so we could shop at Big W and Kmart over christmas period. Without it, it would have been extremely difficult. Appreciation post and grattitude for this service and these businesses.

Will change to five stars when they implement a text system to notify you of missed payments/bounced back payments.

I absolutely love humm, I use it for everything. The vip gift cards are my to go to atm for anything food, shopping ect... never had a major issue and when i have it has been resolved that same day. Great customer service!

I've always preferred humm as a buy now pay it later over other companies due to their diligence options of shops. It's not tempting to buy from too many shops, and it's got a great option for payment extensions if one knowingly will fall behind a payment. Will Schmidt has been very proactive with humm users through the Facebook Page, which portrays that they are listening to their clients. Thank you humm! A merry Christmas and happy new year!

I've never had an issue using humm, easy sign up, easy check out and understandable if need to make any changes. It has a range of helpful stores on bored. So happy to be apart of the journey as it's grows.

Always an easy option to access what you want straight away - bought a guitar, used at Bunnings x2 and big W with Tapp and that’s just for Xmas. Also use Bpay for larger unexpected bills

Love using Hum very easy to tap and pay in store especially in Kmart. App is very user friendly like zip or afterpay.

I have loved the addition of the TAPP card allowing me to use HUMM in various other stores that don’t offer it in store or online, and have had zero problems using it at all!

Humm is good , But could be great if they linked up with Visa or Mastercard so you could use it anywhere that accepts visa or Mastercard. If they did this it would be better than credit cards or afterpay.

My mother needed a bed that she could sit up at night due to ill health, so I reluctantly had to get credit from someone. Thank god I was encouraged to use Humm. Humm has been accomodating when I changed the time of my direct debit. Humm also reminds me, via text every fortnight before the debit my account. They also send me emails on how much I still owe and I can see on the email how much I’ve paid and the date I will finish my payments. So easy to join. I recommend Humm

Great service! If you are responsible with your finances, Humm is, dare I say, a better alternative to Afterpay! Spending limits are quite generous & lots of flexibility in making payments. I personally have found there customer service to be one of the best in resolving any issues. If I could give 6 stars I would! Samir

I really quite like Humm they are an excellent credit company. The website is so easy to navigate, and when you have an overdue payment all you have to do is ring them to get an extension if your low in cash. I would recommend Humm to everybody.

I have used Humm on purchasing bigger items that take a little longer than 4 weeks to pay off, which is offered by other payment services. It means I can still keep aside money I need to survive on for everyday iterms

I have been using HUMM for years now and find it a good company offering no interest repayments for the Little Things - lower loans for an item I want to buy, to Big Things - larger loans over a longer period. Easy and affordable loans to suit every budget.

Humm is great. It’s far better than Afterpay as you get longer to pay things plus you can pay bills. I wish there was more places in WA like Laubman and Pank glasses 👓 but overall I love it.

I've been thoroughly happy. Good customer service Easy application process. Easy direct debiting each fortnight from my pay. Haven't missed a beat. I'm going to needing a new mattress and fridge soon so I'd be happy to buy this way again. If one understands the contractual obligations and meets their terms and conditions knowing full well this a credit agreement then it's hassle free.

I had an interest free loan for three years with Certegy. They were fabulous to deal with.

As a company they are extremely easy to work with and I would highly recommend their services

My husband and I have accounts with certegy and have had no problems with them. When the account is paid off it is up to the individual to make their banks aware that the payments need to stop as this is treated as a direct debit from ones institution to a company

I've had about 6 or 7 purchases with Certergy and I cannot recommend them enough for anyone wanting to purchase something on an interest free plan!! I'll be using them again soon for another purchase!

No complaints here. Don't miss a payment and things go smoothly. It's pretty simple really. And with direct debit there is no reason to miss a payment. Plus the app allows you to change your payment amounts simply and easily. I have missed 2 payments so far and all I had to do was email and ask for them to deduct double the amount on my next payment date. There was no nastiness and I always got a polite reply saying that it would be arranged. I can't speak for anyone but myself but I think it's the best way to make purchases on the market right now!

Purchases: Lounge setting (had to pay a deposit) 2.7 k. Finished paying that off, got another certegy purchase as a VIP - Gym, 1200. Finished paying that off, got another purchase, high end computer $2.8 k, paid 800 as a deposit to lower my repayments. So the pros: Easy to set up. Can take your goods away the same day. Align your repayments to your payday. Fees are minimal to nothing. Good customer service. Going to miss a payday due to lifes unexpected joys - ring them and tell them. Can repay earlier if you want too, no additional fees. Cons: Not all stores take it. You'll need a deposit when you first set up. You will need to establish a bit of a history with them before you have no deposit purchases aka VIP. No face to face contact with staff in my local area. My experience has been positive, if you're after something and have a bit of a deposit ready, go for it.

i have been with Certegy for many years. never had a problem great customer service easy to apply accommodating payment plans no interest low monthly account fees if you continue holding an account after you have paid an existing debt of with them, then the deposit on the next purchase is considerably lower
