D.I joined Credit Union because I liked their loyalty account with compulsory minimum $10 weekly deposits, at no charge, unlike other banks which charge exorbitant service fees.
CU provides a very supportive ❤ user friendly and progressive banking environment. The staff are youthful, friendly and helpful. CU lending rates are the best in town.
D.I applied for a personal loan at First Credit Union, I have been a member for a few years now and have used there services a number of times over the years but my experience this time with this application was awesome the service from Graham Smith the lender was easy no hassle and great to talk to, then complimented nicely by Justice Parker Member Solution Consultant I was very impressed with his service knowledge and clear explanation of the agreement he was efficient well mannered polite and respectful some thing you don't see everyday in our young people.👊👊

O.Joining as a new member was hassle free, and the customer service is excellent and welcoming. The staff is efficient communication is easy to understand not complicated completing forms. Informed me of everything I need to know and all completed within 10mins approx. No customers were left waiting in the queue, either attended to asap or reassured assistance not long. Overall the greeting with a smile is wonderful to see from all the staff.
E.I had a great experience with this place. The person I dealt with was friendly and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure that I understood what was happening. A true professional. I would deal with her always. Thank you for making sure my experience was positive and friendly especially in these trying times.
