N.I had amazing customer service this afternoon from a staff member at the Hastings branch (I cant remember her name sorry but she was a young lady with long curly dark brown hair). She was extremely helpful and had amazing customer service - I hope this feedback can be passed on to her 🙂
R.Always friendly helpful staff at this branch. Some have been here for years and you get to know them. Sometimes there's a short queue of 4 or 5 ahead of you but staff always check out how they can help while you are still in line. I am dyslexic with numbers but they don't mind taking the time to help.

M.I visit bank today after hours, they were just closed. I lost my anz card and my phone became dead(battery low). I rarely use my Asb card which was temporarily lock, but gentleman there help me.i was driving to Waipawa and had to refill fuel in car. At that time I was bit shocked. But thanks heaps as I think you been above your limits . Thanks so much. Pleasure to seee such gentleman.👍👍
