P.Leaving 3 stars because the staff inside the bank are great but they never ever answer the phone (suggesting not enough of them) and don't open Saturdays, also don't get me started with their telephone banking operatives. Never come away from the 0800 with a happy experience. Looks like I will have to go in person again.
D.Staff are very helpful and friendly. Problem is, no one answers their phone, when I go to the branch they say there to busy to answer the phone. Plainly not enough staff,as managment cut down on staffing levels, expecting there customers to do more in this technical age. Ask a question on line. same thing they never get back to you.
I.Experience is always a joyous one... most of the time I'm only in there 15 minutes at the most the longest part is waiting in line... would love to see it open on Saturdays... I work from 7 to 5 every day Mon - Fri no time to sort other business
D.Have always had a friendly professional experience here. The recent update of the app was well received and not before time, thanks. However, an option to pm or email an account query from within the app would be wonderful. Kiwibank has that option and it's a great tool when needed. Please take this onboard thank you.

M.Always a good and friendly experience, yes there is waiting sometimes but like most places now you have to wait its ok especially when you get to speak to someone with a smile.
