The staff are approachable, willing to help, efficient, knowledgeable, and NZ owned. I'm happy to use TSB for my banking needs on that basis.

i opened my TSB account in Stratford over 20 years ago. The staff were amazing then and this has not changed. I can still ring the branch and a real person will answer the phone (can't find this service with any other bank in the country any more)they will help me if they can or promptly find someone to assist with my enquiry. Thank goodness there is still a bank who cares about maintaining human customer service and not replacing it with an automated system then sitting on hold forever. Thanks TSB Stratford.
