Reviews of Maoribank Swimming hole
H.Lovely safe swimming hole formed in a bend in the Hutt River, just below the Mangaroa Intersection Traffic Lights in Totara Park, Upper Hutt. Ideal for all the family on a hot day. Clean, deep, fresh water. There are a number of things to jump off, for those who are a bit more adventurous. Easily accessed with a carpark nearby. There is no better place to be when it's 30°C plus.
D.Friendly spot. Great fun jumping off the rocks in the middle of the river. Very deep on one side.
D.Awesome place to hang out and/or swim. Nice and warm today (9/2/20)
M.The local swimming hole it's always been a favourite place to swim in the summer days.
T.Not very safe with jagged rocks but commonly used by teens
R.Good people and good swim spot for bombs as well.
