Reviews of Big Boss Barber
A.I've always been meaning to come here for a cut. I was lucky to pop in on a quieter period and only waited for 10mins.
I had the pleasure of having Ali as my barber. He was so maticulous and had a great attention to detail. His mannerisms were very polite and helpful. I left the shop feeling new and full of confidence again.
K.Hair cut for my son is always nice here, I am aware this is usually a walk in service however under the current covid restrictions I was aware that hair dressers had to have appointments booked to be able to offer their services. I rang and made an appointment, we showed up before the appointment time and were told to take a number and wait for it to be called. An hour after our appointment time my son finally got his hair cut. What is the point of booking an appointment when it means nothing? After his hair was cut we were informed there was a price increase. There was no courtesy advice of this before the appointment, it was left until after when there was no opportunity to question it.
I would give 5 stars for the hair cut but 1 star for customer service and price.
D.Came across this place randomly and glad I did. Great atmosphere. Also caters for children which I thought was very cool. Very reasonable prices in comparison to the astronomical ones in the mall!
J.Love going there as all the barbers are friendly and always do a great job for myself and my son.
