N.I would like to say a huge thanks to the boss who not only apologized several times for my sons bad haircut (only 1 time out of a few visits). Removed the person who was doing rubbish cuts, offered free hair cuts for my son and my husband. Totally professional way of dealing with my original 2 star review that I have now revoked. Thanks! A.Great place to drop in for a guys haircut. These guys know how to fade a cut - probably the best haircuts I have had.
D.I contacted Harry via messenger about my 4 year old son who hates getting haircuts,cries and refuses to sit on the chair. Harry responded right away saying they take under 5 and bring him in. My partner and son only waited for about 30 mins....as soon as it was my son turn he started crying right away and refuse to sit on the chair. My partner was able to hold our son while Harry got into it. Harry even talk to my son to comfort and calm him down, even had his phone up for my son to watch his faves and had special treat after. Love his haircut! Thank you so much Harry and team! Recommend you guys to others! We will back!
