I trust Errol fully to give me a great haircut, never a hair out of place with his service. And he knows his customers, you could go in every week or once a year and he remembers you. I just had a cut with Reuben last week and Errol has trained him well. Not just in hair cutting but in the art of conversation. Top work blokes

Top quality haircuts from two lovely boys (Errol and Reuben) with a wealth of experience between them. The whole service is excellent, they make you feel comfortable and do a great job cutting your hair. I love going and catching up with them, looking forward to my next visit.

A great place for a haircut. Clean and well situated premises. Errol is very professional, skilled and best of all, listens to the customer. The booking system ensures that one wastes no time waiting for a cut. Thoroughly recommended.

Regular since late 1970's. Always friendly and accommodating. Recomend to guys who just want a good old fashioned haircut.

During my first visit with Errol, he was able to give me some good advice for a haircut that suited me. Moreover, he takes time explaining what he was doing as he was cutting my hair which not many of my previous barber did. I find this very helpful and considerate. He's probably the most professional barber I've ever encountered. I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience with Errol and will definitely come back again.

Finally, finally I found a really good hairdresser. Experienced and equipped with traditional and modern techniques. I was able to share my needs and Errol explained in detail how he is going to do my haircut and I got a perfect one. The option to book appointment online made it easy for me and saved time. It is hard to find a really consistently good barber. I've been going to Errol for several years. Always delivers a great haircut and always has great conversation. Highly recommended.

Have come here for the past 2 years and have never left disappointed, have had haircuts from both Reuben & Errol and they’re both excellent, couldn’t fault either of them, will be coming here as long as I’m in Dunedin.

One of the best hairdressers in Dunedin. The owner Mr. Erroll Sharp is a wonderful man who has been doing this for a while now. He is very efficient and is also a good chat. I got a clean haircut meeting my expectations and the pricing is very reasonable. I definitely am going to be a regular here.

I went through Dunedin lookin for a good shave when I passed by St. James. The owner and his apprentice took care of me like real gentlemen. I had no idea which haircut fits me best - no problem. They had a quick look and knew whats goin on. I got an awesome shave while chatting with these two really chilled guys. In my opinion the best men's hairdresser in Dunedin. Conveniently located, and great to be able to book in appointments. Errol always seems to know exactly what is needed - enjoy being able to rely on his expertise. Highly recommended!

That was my first haircut at St. James and definitely not the last one. It's a nice atmosphere and Errol knows exactly what he has to do to get the perfect haircut. I recommend St. James to everybody!

Best Quality haircut in NZ til now for reassonable 25 Dollars. Really experienced barber. I would definatly recommend. An appointment is also recommended.
