Ich habe für meinen Sohn einen online Termin gebucht.Ich wusste nicht wenn man Maschinenschnitt angibt das man so unflexibel ist und nicht auch Mal kurz die Schere schwingen kann. (Vielleicht sollte man das besser auf der Internetseite schreiben.Anrufen geht ja nicht) Auch finde ich es schlecht zu sagen undercut machen wir nicht.Man sollte auch ein bisschen auf den Kunden eingehen.
