Excellent service. We took our 2 young boys down for their first haircuts and were treated so well, total professionalism!! Absolutely great place, and good prices aswel. Highly recommend

Finally got the wet shave I had been promising myself for years and the whole process was just awesome. Thoroughly reccomend it. Excellent scissor cut and my son will not go anywhere else to get his beard trimmed, the staff are professional, informed and skilled , and the customer service is old school excellant. An awesome find and somewhere my son and I look forward to going to together.

Both kids (6yo son and 9yo daughter) got awesome haircuts! Very happy! Great with the kids and did their hair exactly how they wanted. 🥰👍

I took my 2yr old son to have his first hair cut he had long hair and he had it cut short.my son wasn't happy about his hair cut off but Barbara was brilliant with him.also they have cool children chairs like cars and motorbike. Will definitely be going back. Thank you

Brilliant and professional. First time growing a beard and I was so close to shaving it all off. Shilo shaped it up and did a really good job. Will definitely go back.

Great experience for my son's first haircut, he has ASD and the hairdresser was very patient with him. Cool little chairs for kids as well!

Hair and beard never looked better. Got good recommendation on beard conditioner too! Staff were great at listening to what I wanted and more skilled staff helped those who were less experience. Amazing!

Called in here for a haircut without an appointment. They also have coffee available. And I'm talking real coffee here. Made professionally. They looked out for my daughter while I was getting haircut. Even gave her a sweet. My new local only 5 mins from home. If they had seating could be a nice cafe. See you again soon. Thanks

Excellent level of customer service!, great atmosphere with a retro look about it plus the lady who cut my hair had great attention to detail and did not rush the cut like most other hair cutting places. Strongly recommend this business.

First time for my 9yr olds cut by Tai, such friendly stuff, he gave me great advice about his hair growth (cow licks), and have barista coffee, will definitely become regular customers. Great service.

From the moment we walked in we felt like royalty, the door was held open for us while we wrangled in our 2yr old, we were offered delicious coffee which was to die for, they even have coconut milk!!!! Mr 2 became obsessed with their car!! He was exploring the new space trying to look at and tutu with EVERYTHING which had his Pāpā and I on edge, the bro there reassured us that our pepe was OK and not to freak out! Shirley had so much patience with our Bossy boy who was having his first haircut and she got through it like a pro! Whilst Pāpā finished getting his hair cut the lovely lady that made our coffees kept Mikaere busy by offering him a treat and blowing him up a balloon, we will defs be back!! Thanku for making us feel welcome and accommodating our mischief boy hehehe So grateful, my man and my baby both look like a million bucks!!! Thanks team xo

I found this place while headed to Kmart, seemed like a better option for me and it was!!! I liked the look and find coffee hard to walk pass plus I got a shave and trim and came out looking like a boss!!! Cheers Mancraft

WOW !! i think this is the coolest shop in Rotorua... such a relaxed vibe instore amazing set out with the rustic American feel - and Shilo ( as usual ) is the best barber ever.. cant recommend enough. oh and did i mention the coffee ? my new favorite !!

These guys are on point while getting my hair done I had the privilege of watching a little guy getting a Pokémon design in his hair. Professional and precise. Definitely recommend Mancraft Barbers

Short review: Awesome, definitely will come again. Long review: I hate getting my hair cut. I hate the waiting in a queue. I hate the atmosphere. I generally don't like people touching my head or being strapped into a chair. So much so that my smartwatch gave me a stress insight and told me to take a deep breathe as I was walking into the barbers. Mancraft has turned all this on its head. You can make a booking so there's no waiting. The atmosphere is chilled out with some pleasant enough music playing, and an onsite barisita. The barber was gentle and the way they put the covers over you was very much more pleasant than anything I've had before. I'll definitely be coming again in future, it was a rather pleasant experience rather than a chore.
