It was my first time. Kristen was highly professional and knows what she does,she clearly explained what she is gonna do with hair before every process that made me more confident. I showed her how I want the hair to look,on my phone and she did exactly what I wanted. Great service 5/5

Class A service. A little more expensive than my usual, just popped in because I was waiting for something. Very friendly, little features I wouldn't normally expect. Nice surprise.

The employee from Chile did a good job with my haircut by listening to what I wanted. He gave me a great fade — evidently due to my family complimenting my haircut — trimmed my hair exactly how I wanted it, and added the parting line in my hair. The hot towel experience could have been better (i.e., applying it to the entirety of my face rather than just part and pressing it against my face slightly more as my usual barber I go to does). Nevertheless, it was still fine. The only downside was that I waited just over an hour for my haircut (Sunday morning, expected), but the wait was worth it. The barber from Chile definitely does a superb job, similar to my usual barber, so he is worth the money. My advice: don't cheap out on a haircut — go to this place or another that charges similarly.

By far the best barber experience I've had. The barber Karyn (sorry if that's spelt wrong) did an amazing job. Along with a great consult and great conversation during the hair cut.. including a recommendation for dinner. Which I will try on my next visit. Great place. Will be back.

What a great place to get a haircut. Yes you can't make an appointment but good things are worth waiting for. Also, just pick your time better - avoid Saturday morning and you'll be fine. Great service, great skills. My new barber. Not changing.

The brother from Chille. I unfortunately forgot his name but he's got a perm and just ask.him if he can fade. I'm from Auckland n normally pretty strict with haircuts but this man changed the game. I'm going to go criticize my barber and make him do what this guy was doin. Absolute love and passion for his work and it shows in every move. If I was local I would be there typing him every week.

Best barber in town! The Scottish lady is one of the best barbers I have seen! And they didn't discriminated me based on my gender ( I had barbers refusing to cut my hair because I am a woman even though they are quite short).

Nice place, and friendly staff who know what they're doing! It's great to go there and relax, have a great haircut and the warm towel at the end a bonus! We travel all the way from Katikati and never been disappointed. We always leave feeling great.
