n.I wish this barbers was in Auckland! I popped in for a hair cut and cut throat shave whilst holidaying in Wanaka.
Darby did an awesome job and she was super friendly and meticulous about her work.
I have tried many barbers in Auckland and it’s amazing how many of them can’t get a zero fade right.
Darby however did it absolutely perfect to suit the shape of my face.
I definitely recommend Darby and Ali Barbers!

J.I called up last minute to get a beard tidy up done before a wedding. They were able to fit me in. I didn’t get the name of the guy that I was dealing with but service was top notch including the chat. Just a shame I’m not local otherwise this would be my go to barber

B.Nice chill music, interesting decorations, they fitted me in without an appointment which was great, very knowledgeable barber who told me how to avoid razor rash and made me look sharp. My son (7) also had a clip and looks great, he's very pleased.

A.Very Friendly & welcoming environment at the shop. Staff knows well how to play with your hairs to give you a good look. And the cherry on the cake is that they offer you chilled beer on Thursday evening to make you feel more relaxed while waiting at the shop..
G.Pete gave me an excellent haircut today. He listened to what I wanted and performed it excellently as well as having a good chat about attitudes towards Australia and Australians.
The system of putting your name on the board to form a queue without needing to stay there worked well.

M.My partner visited Ali Barbers before his best friend's wedding and they were amazing! Charlotte was great and made him look the part of best man. He went back the next day to get his hair styled for the wedding and brought the entire (male) wedding party to get styled with him. By all accounts, the boys were absolutely chuffed, and they didn't charge the groom for his style. Awesome staff, and the coolest shop. A definite 6/5.

Ali Barbers is the best haircut i've received (I have has 2 from here now) since my experience at Godfathers in Wellington.
Both times have been from 2 different people - both excellent.

T.We made a stop in Wanaka while travelling and I decided to get a haircut. Always a surprise what they’ll make of it when it’s not your resident barber but I have to say that they nailed it at Ali! And for nzd 35 I can’t complain about the price either. No need to book appointment upfront.
