Have gone to Molly at Fresh Barbershop for my last 5 or so cuts - she does an awesome job every-time can trust her to just go for it without having to tell her anything, does a great job on the beard as well. Will definitely keep going back.

Been going to Osi at Fresh for a while now! The man has perfected his craft and always delivers a high quality cut. Would recommend Fresh and Osi, for anyone wanting a great haircut and great service.

Fresh Barber has been my family’s barber of choice in Wellington. They take such care and precision of each cut. I’ve said since day one watching my husband and son go there, it’s like watching a artist work as they cut the guys hair. Highly recommend this place to anyone and even kids. They treat my son like a king there!

Been meaning to get my haircut here for a while (based on a few friends recommendations) and I can tell you, I was NOT disappointed. I think the guy who cut my hair was named Matt and he was an absolute dude, knew exactly what he was doing and really took his time to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be making this place my 'local' now, but make sure you make an appointment as they're super busy (for obvious reasons).

I was visiting my old town of Wellington for a month from overseas and needed a bit of a freshening up of the hair and dropped in. First impression was of a busy little barbershop with a great vibe, Danny did a first rate job of my hair - best hair cut I've had in a while! Great chat too, very friendly and personable team. Legit experienced barbers/artists who genuinely care about their clientele to the point that they refuse to up their pricing despite being able to do so. They take their time to do a good job and put everything into their craft - with time for friendly bants. One of the best barbershops in Wellington.

I'm in town for work from the states and needed a bit of tidying up before going on site with the client. Booked an appointment in the morning for 11 the same day with Danny. Ended up having one of the best barber experiences I've had .Great cut, fantastic beard trim, and good conversation throughout. This will be the only place I go when I return, and I hope I head back this way soon. Good luck with the future prospects, Danny.

Did some research and saw the great ratings Fresh Babershop had, so thought I’d check them out. Was able to walk in and a cool young fella named Mitch served me. Really attentive and listened to what I wanted. Simple skin fade, but really took his time. Charged me less and wouldn’t even accept a tip! Will go back again for sure.

Visitor to Wellington, went here based on reviews. Well it's brilliant. Braden/Branden a great guy, for $40 I got a faded cut with a beard trim - excellent value given the care taken. Read below someone said "best haircut ever". Not an understatement. Good pricing too compared to competitors, best value for money.

4.5 Stars After drifting from place to place I have finally located a barber that ticks all the boxes: - Online booking - Friendly and professional staff - Quality haircut & beard-trim - Great advice - Enjoyable and genuine chat Areas that could be improved: shop could use a bit of a makeover as its looking tired and I didn't see a great deal of sterilizing going on with the equipment. They are a busy shop so its best to book online and secure a spot rather than risking a long wait.

Shout out to Mitch. Cut my hair last week and did an amazing cut and beard trim. Talked through some good options and came out with a tidy cut ready for a wedding. Good value for money and good banter. Will definitely be back when I am down again.

Osi gave the the slickest fade I’ve ever had! Everything was crisp clean about the cut and quality chat too. 10/10 and definitely coming back in 3 weeks time!!

Great haircuts. Real talk. New appointment system made with the customer in mind. With the best reviewed shop in Wellington regulars would sometimes find a long queue of tourists and out of towners. Now everyone can get their fresh cut.

First there is the shop cam to save time and once you're in they give you all the time you need to get the perfect cut and shave. The staff (especially Danny and Wayne) really know what they're doing when it comes to giving the best bang for your buck haircut. It is my local, and will always be my local barber even if I have to travel. Kudos guys for setting the standard in Wellington!

Walking past last week with my partner, we saw a guy walking out with the slickest fresh cut in town, and both commented on how good it was. I decided then to book in this weekend and was not disappointed. Mel took her time with my skin fade, was constantly checking it was too my liking, and has great blade skills. Not a hair was out of place when I walked out. Normally you go home and find a few strays you need to tend to. Not today. Easily the best haircut I've had.

I dont go to barber often, until 2 of my friends recommend this barbershop, so I decide go for a try. The result is absolutely amazing, especially for the details. They are 100% pro. Went there and had one of the best haircuts of my life with Matt - so went back but he wasn't available so went with Jeffry which turned out to be the worst haircut of my life! Yin and Yang I guess eh? I'll be booking ahead with Matt the next time!

I've had my hair cut here by Matt for the majority of the year and I couldn't say a bad word about it. Great service, great haircuts, and a reasonable price. Can't recommend this place and Matt enough.

Maz can trim my hair and chat about life with ease. Prices are fair for the service and location. Webcam is an easy way to see if it's crowded or not. I will say not all barbers there are as friendly and good as my regular, so I'm careful to go when I am sure can get the cuts I want.

Waited about 90 minutes on the bench but was apologized to a couple of times for the wait and told it was unusual as they were a member down. Obviously no corners cut and the boys strive for perfection. Great haircut and beard trim and shape, very pleased. After the long wait was charged much less than I was anticipating. Nice 'homie' enviroment

Top establishment! I stumbled into Fresh Barbershop after being turned away from Boar and Blade because I was 10mins late to my appointment and thank god I did. Fresh was awesome, I was lucky enough to have my monstrosity of a hair doo sorted by the owner Danny who was not only a super cool individual but a very talented and experienced hair technician (barber) I've only ever had one barber that I completely trust cutting my hair where I would walk out feeling like a million bucks and now I have two, its hard to find a good barber/barbershop that really know their s##t. So, if your like me and take your mop seriously, appreciate awesome music and don't mind convo with humble peeps then Fresh Barbershop is where you want to go. I highly recommend checking Danny and his crew out.
