Shanae was my hair dresser today and will continue to be as she did an absolute fabulous job on my hair. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable giving me exactly what I wanted. I left feeling amazing 💇🏼‍♀️😍

UPDATE: The salon showed to be very customer friendly by getting in touch with my mother, after seeing this review, and offering a solution to the problem, so I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars and a big thank you, much appreciated! - As we visited Arrowtown just before Christas, my mother wanted to get her roots coloured at this salon last December. Now, not even a month later, she is very disappointed that all the dye is already gone and there is not a trace left of this expensive treatment.

Though I have been fortunate to have Rosemary style and cut my hair since coming to Queenstown three years ago this was my first trip to this location. It was lovely and I felt totally pampered as usual. It was great to have the option to get my appointment early by changing salons.
