Lovely clean place warm on a cold winters day. Kate did an amazing job giving me awesome eyelash extentions. The staff are friendly, concerned with comfort and consultative. Definitely worth visiting if you need eyelash extensions

Really disappointed with this place and not a good first impression. I went for a brow shape and tint and asked for “very light brown”. When the wax was removed and a cooling oil applied, I mentioned it was burning under my eyes which was abnormal as I’ve had this treatment done many times. The therapist said “oh well I tested the wax and it’s not too hot” and was very defensive saying my skin wasn’t “as red as most other clients” which made me feel pretty stink. I was so unhappy i came back 3 hours later , still in pain, to ask for a refund. The therapist didn’t even apologise but did acknowledge she would return the $39.00. I would not recommend this place - not only was the treatment a failure, but the customer service was far below the standard. Also my brows are black - not light brown we requested. I will not be back ************************************************* Update - had a call from one of the owners who apologised and was genuinely upset with my review and how I was treated. Really appreciate the care and time he took to call and see how I was doing. He also offered the refund and for me to come back another time for the treatment again.

Absolutely loved my first visit to Auckland Lash & Brow. The ease with which I was able to book my appointment to the awesome professional service received was just amazing. The ladies were kind, friendly and made me feel so relaxed. Will definitely be coming back again!

I had eyelash keratin enhancement and brow lamination on Wed. Unfortunately, the brow waxing took off a piece of my skin on top of my right brow. It was quite painful and will take some time to heal. Apart from this, the service is alright. I like the brow lamination result now after the scab is gone. Update on 19/7/2021. I got a call from Auckland Lash and Brow to apologise. They are reviewing the waxing procedures and willing to refund $25 for brow waxing.

Best eyelashes I’ve ever had! Emma is a lash queen and has definitely perfected doing the perfect lashes and giving her clients the best length and shape that suits them best. I’ve received so many compliments on my lashes since seeing Emma.

Had a good experience here, really relaxed and comfortable. I can’t remember the name of the lady who did my eyelash extension but she was really great, super nice and friendly and made sure I was comfy as I had previously injured my back! She also let me know how much time was left while she was working which was good to know. Going back for microblading this week! Lashes look nice and full!

Today was the day I had booked for microblading. I was hesitating because I imagined it would hurt and what if it didn't look good. When I arrived at the clinic Casey was very friendly, kind and patient. She talked me through everything very carefully and professionally. She has an eye for detail and noticed what I needed and drew the perfect shape for my face. She asked questions in order to get correct feedback for my shape. Surprisingly, it did not hurt at all and I didn't feel a thing. I completely recommend having microblading done here. Casey was very polite and respectful.

I was very impressed with my first visit here. Hannah was helpful and professional, I wasn’t sure what style of lashes I wanted she really advised me well because I love them and my waxed and tinted brows. Will definitely be back!

Lyn did Microblading and I love the way she shaped my eyebrows! I love the colour too but I will wait and see if this will stay as dark as they are now or go a bit darker on the retouch. Lyn was nice and easy to talk to during the whole treatment process and she took way less time to do my brows which was nice😊

First time visiting the place and got Emma to do my eyelash extensions. Initially, the process she did was new to me because she was doing both eyes at the same time, got used to doing it individually. Her hands a bit heavy on the forehead area but nothing majorly uncomfortable. The next day, my eyes were all red. Everyone at work asked me if I had allergies or sore eyes. It was not painful or uncomfortable, they were just red. Placed some visine and the 2nd day it was all better. The lashes are staying pretty well, light and looks good. Will give them another try by March.

Drove 1.5hours to see Emma for combination brows and its worth it. She knows the business and i love her work! She’s an artist. The place is clean and appointments are on time. Would def recommend the place

Couldn’t be happier with my brows and lashes. Amazing job, and meticulous care to get the eyebrow shape right. My beauty therapist was lovely, and apologised twice for my appointment starting just five minutes after my booked time (which I didn’t thi n was bad at all). Thank you - an amazing job and I love them!

Brow artist Linh was amazing!! Had a lash lift and brow lamination for an awesome price with incredible results :) would highly recommend Linh and this boutique

Have been using Lash and Brow for eyelash extensions for a number of years. Tried someone else and wasn’t happy at all so will always use Lash and Brow. Excellent service and lashes last a long time very happy!

Great lashes, worth the money, I had been to another lash extension place in St lukes and was not happy with the thin volume of lashes and crooked Ness. Auckland brows place gives full lashes from inner to outer lash line. I had 3d lashes, wow volume, and flawless. lashes applied so delicate. Pretty much best lashes around you won't worry about them falling out etc. As long as you look after them as they recommended. Very clean tidy and relaxing place.

Absolutely had the best experience I’m always really nervous to get my eyebrows tinted as I’m fair skinned and blonde but the girls did such an amazing job definitely recommend!!

Came to get lash extensions for the first time and was very nervous about them looking fake or over the top. They were perfect- natural looking but thick and long, most people couldn’t believe the weren’t real! I love them and they’ve lasted really well. Would definitely recommend Auckland lash and brows ☺️

I love the quality of my lashes when I go here. They are always thick, long and last several weeks. I am taking off two stars for bedside manners. I was initially referred to Kasey and went out of my way to be able to fit into her schedule. However, upon arrival she looked at me up and down and told one of the other girls to do it. Not sure what that was about. The majority of the other beauticians are not much better either - they hardly have a smile and barely say a sentence to me for the whole 1.5 hours treatment. From entry to exit: ‘Do you need to go to the toilet?’, ‘Lie down here’, ‘Finished’, ‘$130’. And that’s it. Does being nice cost extra?

I am in Vietnam, so once Ms. Kasey cameback in Vietnam, and I have had eyebrows done by Ms. Kasey, very professional, beautiful lines, I like how to focus on work, work in silence which means that she appreciates the value and the product she maked. I came to met her, she was still very welcoming and hospitable, asking customers. But I believe that a professional owner will train future professional owners. I Very supportive of Ms.Kasey's skills, pro lashes and eyebrown in my eye 😀😀😀

Fantastic, clean, professional environment. As it was my first time Emma kept checking that I felt OK and that I wasn't in any pain, and showed me everything I might want to know and helped me choose the right result.

Went for microblading and I'm really happy with the results. The photo included is the before and after of my first session. You have two in total so although this isnt the finished result i see a huge difference already. Very happy with the progress already would recomend
