I go to Beau visage regularly for massage treatments. The therapist Sushmita is just superb. She listens to me about my requests and is just so attentive and efficient. The owner and the new person who answers the phone are also polite and friendly

Greeted by one asian lady who was welcoming, smiley and professional. Give me good information about other services. Other woman (who was giving massage) gave cold looks and barely said a word to me. Like she didn't want to be there. I got a voucher so if you pay less expect half the job. Massage was cold and communication was poor. When someone has to take their clothes off it's important to create a warm and comfortable space. I read reviews saying they had wonderful massage so so sad I was disappointed.

My friend and I had the most amazing massage at Beau Visage today, from start to finish this was amazing. Nice hot oil, hot towels and a gorgeous fire going. Definitely one of the best full body massages I have experienced. Thank you ladies for such a wonderful experience and lovely chat after. Highly recommend .😋Can't wait for my next one.

Took my mum here for her birthday. We had an amazing massage. Felt so relaxed for the rest of the day. The cup of tea waiting afterwards was a nice treat and the salon has a very relaxed, at home atmosphere. We felt well taken care of. Would definitely go back again!

I was the first customer at the new branch on Manukau road. I had booked very last minute online and hadn't had a confirmation but I showed up anyway as I had the day off. They weren't expecting me but we're very accommodating. They would have taken me straight away but I insisted I would come back later that day. They gave me a wonderful relaxing massage and then Bhethnee gave me a facial. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I've been having problematic skin for a few months now and she was able to treat it and give me great home remedies to assist with it. I purchased her clenser which I am really happy with. She made all her own products and they feel amazing on your skin. The premises were lovely and homely. She also gave me a voucher to come back and get a massage because of the mix up in the morning. Best facial I have had. I will definitely be back and be purchasing more of her products.

I originally went for a massage my husband got me for a present. The massage was amazing and I felt great afterwards. The ladies were amazing and so friendly. I then went onto buy a 6 massage package and then realized later that it would take me a while to use them as I travel a lot. When I contacted the owner/manager she was more than helpful and I was able to get store credit. I used this for a facial and to get my eyebrows done. I had so many people comment after how good my skin was looking. They are excellent at what they do and deliver such outstanding service....very professional. Highly recommend and I certainly will be making Beau Visage my regular beauty salon. Thanks ladies :)

Had a fantastic full body massage with Sasmita today. She was incredibly professional and I had a lovely massage, one of the best I've ever had! The ambience is gorgeous and welcoming and the whole experience is comfortable and professional. Komal is very welcoming and takes the time to make you feel at ease. The tea afterwards is also a treat! Would definitely go back and recommend this place a lot :)

Lovely and upright boss with an excellent team! Me and my partner went to a spa, and it was blissful. Let me honestly tell you that we went through a voucher, but the spa center behaved very well with us. Not like anything else where vouchers customers are not treated well, they give us a corner seat like in restaurant not bother at all. All the therapists were terrific and well presented, and it was enough to see why I think they can take care of their customers so well.

I bought a deep tissue massage on a GrabOne voucher and was able to be squeezed in that day despite the clinic being busy when I arrived. The space is bigger than it appears from the outside, with two busy therapists working the day I was there. I never usually write reviews, but I felt the treatment I received was really excellent and want to ensure others have no hesitations about coming to this location. My therapist, Josephine, was very professional and caring. She gave lots of little wellness tips when she noticed problems with my body, like dry skin, fluid retention etc, as she was massaging. I was offered to upgrade to a hot stone massage due to the amount of tension in my back. I panicked for a minute, now semi-naked on the table, that this was the catch to such a cheap offer online. However, when I said I wasn't keen (due to a previous bad experience with hot stone) she immediately dropped it. Sometimes on these vouchers, you worry about being treated like a second-class citizen or being bullied into paying more etc. However, the massage lasted the full time, possibly even slightly longer. I also noted that other massages on the deals site specify dry massage with a paid upgrade for oil, but this massage included oil, hot towels etc and seemed to be 'the full package' in every respect. They are open about the fact that the price offered online is to get new customers through the door, in the hopes they become regular clients. I would definitely return in future.

Booked a vegan facial at the Mount Eden premises on a whim after a stressful week without much sleep. The massage was wonderful, I was so relaxed that I fell asleep, and my skin is glowing. The therapist was lovely and warm (with great skin herself). Would definitely come back :)

My wife surprised me with a full body massage. From the moment I entered the spa, the service was amazing. I never had a massage before and did not really know what to expect. Valentino was absolutely amazing and gave me some helpful tips in regards to my posture and how I should adjust and stretch more often. I would definitely recommend Valentino to all our friends and will have to book in a couples massage to enjoy it with my wife next time!!

i had been struggling with my skin with pigmentation and hormonal acne. Tried so many things. i called in to ask about the treatments. i was given a thorough consultation by my therapist Beth. she had an amazing knowledge about skin and i bought six medical peel treatments and led treatment with the skin care. i have only done 2 treatments so far within 8 weeks and i am blown away with the results.The products are amazing and the service ,knowledge ,atmosphere of the place is just great.

My sister and I received a voucher for a relaxing massage for two. The team were all lovely and the service was excellent. My massage was exactly what I needed, just the right amount of pressure as well as interaction. We both felt very relaxed afterwards.

I had a great massage and a wonderful facial. The people at Beau visage are lovely and know their business. Combined with the atmosphere you can really relax and enjoy the treatment. And the products are fully organic and vegan!

let me be honest after reading some of the reviews i was first bit hesitant but the place and the whole team is just amazing in their customer service and their treatments. i am sure these people who wrote negative reviews have not been in for actual treatments . i went in a voucher and they really treated me like full paying customer. yes they are strict on their voucher bookings i can understand now why so because they really look after you like queens. i thoroughly enjoyed my service and will be recommending to all my friends and family.

I would say by far the most amazing experience. valentina and shonali are amazing therapist. The owner really knows how to look after her guests. warm tea, beautiful clean place. hygiene standards are high and immaculate service. on the top of it their treatments and products deliver what you hope for. i have booked my years worth facials with them. keep it up girls.

I have been having major rosacea issues and i tried every thing , expensive dermatologist. finally i met the most experienced therapists at Beau visage. who listened to me . Studied my concerns. put me on their laser treatment and cell reverse skin care. and just in less than 6 weeks my fully flared Rosacea is totally under control any my skin is feeling so moist. i really appreciate their work and definitely recommend them and such great skin care products.
