C.Nilza is such a lovely, warm human being! Had my first appointment today for a Brazilian, underarm, eyebrow and upper lip waxing and it was an excellent experience. No double dipping wax sticks, clean sheets, and a virtually painless experience. I've had quite a few Brazilians done and I've got to say, this one is probably the best I've ever had. Great place, and would highly recommend.

t.Nilza is amazing. It took me a while to find a decent waxer in Auckland, and I found her here. She made me feel so relaxed, it was brief and one of the most pain-free waxing sessions I have ever experienced! All natural products and I am so happy with the results. I recently went for my first facial with her. It was wonderful, we spoke about what my skin needed so we could get the right facial. It was SO relaxing and peaceful and she makes your so comfortable. She is everything a beauty therapist should be. Kind, welcoming, puts you at ease, efficient, gentle and then on top of that she is funny, chatty and just so experienced and great at what she does.
Her products are amazing, she has great knowledge of them and their benefits and takes the time to talk to you about them and how they can help you if your interested in purchasing any.
Great service, great price and you pay for quality and Brazilian beauty therapy and Nilza is absolute quality.
If your hesitant about anything go see her, you will not be disappointed :)
E.Oh my goodness! I am nearly speechless, the extended bikini wax I just had was amazing. Normally, I am rather hesitant to wax down there as I have found it extremely painful at other beauty salons, but Nilza works so fast and somehow it was practically pain-free! She uses completly organic wax, and expert skill to make the wax comfortable. Definitely recommend her to anyone, and will be returning soon!
L.Nilza is great and I'm happy with all the treatments I had so far. I had a teeth whitening session I bought in Groupon and I'm happy with the result), eyebrows shaped, manicure and pedicure. I also had my first Botox experience and I'm impressed! It was much better than I was expecting! Nilza is friendly, professional and you can expect a great client experience.

Her technique makes your experience less painless as you thought it would be- trust me. Best Brazilian wax I’ve had. Staff: Nilza is one of a kind when it comes to doing Brazilian Waxing. (that, I can tell as she does that service). She has lots of experience and knows exactly what to do with it.
Service/s: I booked for Brazilian Waxing, she uses two methods of waxing. One is using the strips, she said that it is better for those small fine hair at the bikini line. The other kind was using the hard waxing, she uses organic hard wax for this which is way way better. She used this type for the rest of the hair.
C.This place was the best Brazilian wax I've gotten in Auckland. Very professional, she knew what to do and was very friendly and calm throughout the whole appointment. Would 100% recommend, (and already have done) to everyone who asks.
G.I would ABSOLUTELY recommend coming here. Nilza is an absolute gem, a Brazilian Beauty all in herself. Her and Georgia accommodated my last minute needs and then my last minute changes of time! From the outset Nilza's nature is welcoming, unquestionably professional and very comfortable - nothing feels "clinical" in her clinic, more like chatting away at a girlfriend's place. I was happy with the prices as they were but as I got different treatments Nilza would be rattling off the various relative specials and deals. Also, she was always very informative which I find amazing because I've got no idea - THANK YOU NILZA. I will be returning here for all treatments from now, without a doubt. 😍

K.Visiting this place the same day I booked my appointment. Heaps of parking on side streets and easy to find. The girl working there was very friendly and informative when I arrived. She did a great job and was very quick about it, constantly spoke to me to keep my mind off the pain. Very impressed with how well she done my treatment and have already booked my second appointment! Brilliant job, wouldn't go anywhere else after the result I got 😁
N.Was given a massage voucher as a birthday present. The place is small but clean and well decorated. They took extra care and asked the right questions even before going ahead. There were a few different options and she checked the pressure. Came out feeling refreshed and relaxed. Would recommend!
S.Got a Groupon for One hour teeth whitening session. Not the BEST experience, she was really nice but obviously not a dentist so there was no consult or anything beforehand. I have had my teeth bleached before and the equipment used and the consultation beforehand was a lot more thorough and ‘dental quality’ if you will. The bed here wasn’t that comfortable and the mouth guard they use to expose your teeth was rough on my lips and hurt. She did warn me about the possibility of blisters which I have unfortunately got two now due to the bleach touching my lips, which I didn’t get with my last experience at a different company. She also used a cotton bud to put Vaseline on my lips and inner lips as a barrier which is good hygiene wise but she was quite rough so it hurt the webbing where my lips connect to my gums. She was really nice and thorough in terms of applying the bleach and was happy to tell me about the other discounts I could get for other services but I think I maybe wouldn’t recommend this experience for people who have never had their teeth bleached before. I definitely wouldn’t pay $600 normally for this service. Not bad, but I think I’ll stick to my usual place next time.
A.100% reccomend after using Brazilian beauty therapy for teeth whitening and being so happy with the results my partner then had the same treatment and I then had my eyebrows done. Very professional and friendly 100% satisfaction guaranteed!! This will now be my regular salon 🤩

I went in and got my teeth whitening 3 shades and my goodness the hospitality is OUTSTANDING. Nelsa took care of me, she makes you feel welcome at home and she is THE BEST!!!
