I had a lovely pedicure & manicure today. It was a professional and relaxing experience and I was not rushed through like some other places do. The foot & leg massage almost put me to sleep! I will be making the trip out from West Auckland again for sure.

I had a grabone manicure and pedicure here yesterday. Fabulous experience very professional careful application and wonderful leg massage. Will definitely be back best nails ever thank you !

Best nail salon in Auckland☆these girls really are the best. My acrylic nails look fantastic. Such warm and friendly, fun environment. Felt so relaxed and happy leaving with my beautiful nails. The service and quality of there work is the best I've had. Looking forward to going back.

Most importantly my nails turned out perfectly. The ladies were sombre at first but friendly when prodded (I asked them if they'd had a bad morning as they werent very smiley) the young woman who did my nails was very gentle and accommodating, and made an effort to chat. Decent massage. Tools appeared clean and new.

Love this place! Out of all the nail salons I have visited this one uses quality products which always last for weeks before needing to come back. I find the staff really cute and if I'm short of time I ask if I can get everything done within 60 mins and they are more than happy to accomodate. I like the way they take care to do cuticles well which allows shellac and acrylic nails to last well between appointments. The artwork and bright pink walls are a nice creative touch!" I have been in many times and never had a bad experience!

I called to book an appointment and they asked me to come in half an hour earlier, which I did. I then sat waiting with remover/foil on my fingers for a full half hour because there was no one available to do my nails. Why book appointments if you take customers off the street and then make people who do make appointments wait? The girl who finally did my nails was just about asleep and not paying much attention to what she was doing. I know it must be a very dull job but yawning in front of customers isn't a good look. It's cheap, so you get what you pay for I guess. Extra star cos the nails are almost 3 weeks old and I've only got 2 cracks.

Had a set of acrylic nails with shellac. So good I picked up my daughter, went back on the same day and she had her nails done for her birthday while I had a pedi. Great job. Ly and Chang. Thank you.

I went in yesterday experienced lovely service ,very helpfull with my choices of colours great range good product , lovely nails ladies thank you, 2nd time I've been here cute pink saloon got seated and seen straight away even though I was running late, very happy with my nails yet again ...

Had a great experience here. Friendly staff, clean, prompt. I’m super fussy with my nails and I’m very pleased with my sns manicure so it must be magnificent!

I am not sure why this place has had only negative review - I LOVE them here . Staff are friendly and have good reasonably price ,I have been here since the day they open to get my nails done and they are amazing . I have had my nails done by a different nail tech every time and each time i have left complete satisfied!- Best salon in the town .

Been going there for years. Best shellac manicure I've found in Auckland. Love the new mirror finish as well.

Fast service, friendly staff. Could not fully relax during my pedicure though as the massage chair was not working and I got my manicure and pedicure done at the same time .

Service is slow here, so avoid it if you're clock watching or in a rush. When you do get attention it's rushed and distracted, but overall their work is okay.
