m.I love this salon. I have been coming here for the past 12 years and visit on a regular basis! I always feel like a special guest. Chantal and her staff are lovely to deal with and they know what they are doing. Great atmosphere, lovely products and attention to detail.
V.Edited: from 1 to 5 stars. Chantal asked if they could make it right, i was cautious but if they wanted a chance to make it right they should be allowed. And they nailed it this time, very happy with how it turned out and have made another appointment. Thank you for caring enough to make it right. I feel much happier with good hair again.
Disappointing experience, not great colour job, and when it came to the haircut, she didn't even do my part, when i pointed it out, she parted it correctly and then left it... Now I have crooked face shapping. Tried to give ir 24 hours to settle. Never responded to my complaint either.
A.I had such a great experience at Chantal Landais hair salon. They are very professional, all their products are very high quality and smell beautiful. I had an amazing head massage and was really happy with the design of my hair cut. In one word : go!
S.The one place one can transform to their new self in a calm and relaxing environment with three great hairdressers. I always find my time at Chantal Landais Hair studio a rejevenation. Its a step in the right direction. My hair is easier to manage between visits with excellent cutting and styling with that petite je ne sais quoi that the French manage effortlessly.
