Professional friendly stylist with excellent knowledge and great technique. Got a cut and colour for $200, very pleased with the results. Highly recommend. Also I didn't have an appointment as I was on holiday and they managed to fit me in, very grateful.

Honestly I would give this place 6 stars if I could. I messed up dying my hair and it's was awful. I called up and she fitted me asap, got rid of all the colour and left me with hair that honestly was perfect! She's an amazing hairdresser and knows exactly what to do. Throughout it all while I was having a mini freak out about it, she was calm, kind, funny and made sure that I felt comfortable and looked after. I'm never going anywhere else apart from here, I will be recommending it to all my friends :) Thank you so much for rescuing my hair! :D

I absolutely loved getting my hair cut by Ju Lim. She's so friendly and she really knows what she's doing! I told her the problems I had with my last cut and she fixed them perfectly. Thank you! :)

In response to the review made by the person who wasn’t even here with her mother - how can they complain and they weren’t even here. The ladies always do a small cut and show how much they cut off before continuing and get it checked to make sure they are happy with the length that is coming off. . Also the prices are listed on the wall. Half foil and haircut starts at $150. Blow dry is extra depending. The reviewer didn’t even mention a haircut on the phone or ask for a haircut quote. Maybe the reviewer has a problem understanding English. The customer’s hair was too fine to braid so they suggested a blow dry with curls instead. How could any hairdresser check over the phone how Fine or thick someone’s hair is? The actual mother was happy when she left the salon. I suggest the mother comes back to complain in person if they have an issue instead of leaving and not saying anything and then getting the caller to post a negative review on Google without even contacting the salon. These ladies work hard and are often booked out and it pays to make an appointment in advance if you don’t want to miss out. Don’t let this negative person stop you from coming in and getting fantastic service.

Very centrally placed in Queend arcade on the first floor. Mens haircut took less than 30 minutes. Happy with my haircut and eyebrow trim. Very reasonably price. This lady is popular with the locals so booking is recommended. A+.

I have been going to Ju for several years now. Her work is always professional and well done. Never have I been unhappy with the cut. I recommend her immensely.

Had my hair done here yesterday for a wedding.. did a wonderful job, style stayed for the whole wedding and reception. Highly recommend the services provided .. this business has been operational for 16 years and more people should know about this gem in Queens Arcade in Auckland CBD .. thank you so much, I got many compliments throughout the night especially with the hair jewellery that was set in my hair. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Hidden treasure in Queens Arcade - gets lots of local business people and cruise ship tourists. Ju Lim who owns the salon has had over 20 years experience with haircuts and styling. Always smiling, she listens to what you need and does an amazing job. Prices reasonable too $55 for women's haircuts, shampoo and dry. This place is always busy with bookings and drop ins so suggest you call for an appointment first . Highly recommended.

Very good sorted my daughters hair out after she attended the Indian colour festival and had green and purple hair - was very reasonable and professional and looks a lot better then the original ombre colouring she got done at another salon- would definitely recommend this salon
