J.I went into this appointment nervous because I had never had a Brazilian before and my previous nail service experience (at a different salon) was horrible. The lovely woman who took care was me was amazing. She kept making sure I was comfortable and happy with the service she was providing. She was friendly and had a natural caring nature which made me feel welcome and comfortable. I wish I got her name so I could thank her personally. I’ll definitely be a returning customer :)
N.I got my nails done for 4 weeks ago . Look still good, good price. I recommend for you guys come here. Love lover love ❤️❤️

The ladies not only have the technical skills but also the social skills in this shop.
I was warmly welcomed, even without an appointment.
It was very hygienic, fast and clean worked.
Finally I found a real professional nail shop and will come regularly.

I.I come here for every 3 weeks to get my SNS done, so beautuful shape and lovely color as always. Good services, very nice ambience and all the staff are so friendly 🥰🥰🥰 highly recommend to u all 👍👍👍
A.I would like to share my experience with those that a nervous new customers. I’ve been to many up market salons and very particular on the quality of service plus price point one should be… I read reviews about Eva Beaty and nails & take into consideration that some ppl get lashes that a to heavy they collapse or don’t take care of them and that goes for nails too. So for those who want quality lashes and first timers I recommend Eva beauty.

J.Initially I was impressed with this place after my first visit but after returning twice sadly came to the opinion this is your typical cheap nail chain. Better than places like professionail because usually the manicure itself looks good and stays on for a long time but the customer service is lacking. They ignore you and talk in Vietnamese and don’t care about damaging your nails. I forgave the first time they drilled into my nail but the second time even worse as you can see what they look like after removing the acrylic
s.Had such a good experience at this place for my nails and eyebrows! the ladies are all so wonderful. Mina had helped me and she delivers outstanding service! Grateful and appreciative of her being patient with me and having such a good conversation with! Now my go-to place for nails and eyebrows :)

s.When you book an appointment the receptionist doesn't understand english properly which is unfortunate if your going to answer the ph and talk to Clients. Then what makes it worse you go in and the person whos at the front desk is even worse 🤔 😕 (Maybe same person) and tells you to wait outside lol even though there are empty seats in the foyer lol Maybe unfamiliar with the Covid restrictions and regulations lol Overall prices were quite over priced then usual Salons in South Auckland but thats jus a personal opinion 😉 😜
H.Took my partner to Eva beauty salon through a recommendation from our friend who did the eyelash here. First impression, the shop bases at the back of owner's house.It is small , about 3 chairs for nails services and 2 bed tables for eyelash extension but very clean and hygienic. The owner did the eyelashes for my wife which is very happy with the outcome. They got wide ranges of nail colors and style as well. The price is very affordable, the quality is far exceeded our expectation. My wife said she will definitely come back and highly recommend any friend of her.

Thank you Eva for being understanding of my experience from talking to you and you explaining everything lovely I did feel guilty but I knew that the experience I got was not really in my opinion good for a first time customer. But your understanding and good attitude about it all and doing the removal while still acting professional and giving my refund thank you.
