Booked the Pamper Time package & boy did Sue make sure I was pampered! Great 1hr full body massage, followed by a 1hr facial. During which I nearly fell asleep on a number of occasions, that's how relaxing it got. As a non-Aucklander I found it a little difficult to find due to the roadworks that are currently blocking Titirangi Rd, however, they won't last forever & it should not hold back anyone from booking. If I find myself back Westside at some future date, I won't hesitate to set another appointment.

I contacted Face and Body yesterday with a tricky request. They responded excellently with a solution. My son was so happy with his new hair treatment - I haven't seen him smile so much in a long time. I am absolutely blown away by the level of service and care the team at Face and Body showed when looking after him for his special Birthday treat. I couldn't be happier! Ryan and Shannon were amazing!
