E.Had my first appointment here today with Georgia. I came in with an inspiration of what I wanted to achieve with my hair and Georgia explained exactly what we needed to do to get there and why certain things wouldn’t achieve the look I am after and why I couldn’t achieve it in one session. I trusted her and it payed off as she did a beautiful job and I look forward to further appointments with her to get the final look I’m after! I loved the absolute honesty and how Georgia put up with my million questions. Highly recommend this hair salon as you will find yourself a hairdresser who truly cares about giving you the look you are after. Thank you Georgia! Very happy :)

S.I booked in with Georgia for my first service at Frenchie & Co and have already booked in for my next appointment in 6 weeks. I went from blonde to Burnette and Georgia was great at explainibg the different ways of taking me to brunette and the pros & cons of each way. The colour and cut are amazing and my hair feels super healthy. 100% recommended

Hannah really listened to my concerns with my hair and delivered a gorgeous colour and cut and Gur threaded my brows, a technique I hadn’t tried before but I am now obsessed! C.Absolutely amazed with the whole experience. Had a haircut and balayage and I loved the results. Hanna is AWESOME in professionalism and friendliness! The salon atmosphere is great, lost of natural light, which makes the colour process more accurate (trust me, Im a Lighting Engineer and this makes SUCH a difference :)) . She also recommended me pretty amazing products which I purchased all from the salon and I am loving them all. They offer different forms of payments as well, including after pay and they are also in Flossie *>*.

J.Advised staff sick but not advised my hairdresser was sick. I had a lovely Korean girl. Very rough colour application.. Disjointed causing my hair to knot hurting when pulled/combed. Very quick hairwash again not thoroughly done. Had to ask to have my nape done...to which warm water was used..nil shampoo as asked! Great blow dry.. Only to have a very mediocre straighten done. Certainly not methodical.. Just bits of hair picked up here and there. I wasn't asked what kind of products I like in my hair. Products just used. One side of my hair was curled under..other turned out. She admitted she was going to b so busy. Who cares. This is my time. I will not be back. Oh...the staff member that was sick quoted me on my hair... I paid $50 more. Wot???
D.I had my brows feathered by the amazing Cris and I absolutely LOVE them! She totally heard and understood what I wanted and I am in love with my new brows, so excited to have the second follow up appointment! I was treated to a tea while I waited for the numbing cream to take effect and it was so nice to be looked after. So easy to book too! Thank you for giving me amazing brows! xoxo
J.First time visitor to Frenchie & Co today, very posh and stylish place with real mongolian sheepskins across the backs of chairs, lovely vibe. Had Chris from Brazil shape my brows, she was really sweet and down to earth and did a magnificent job. Definitely would recommend and will go back.
