Wow....what a service at Hair Dot Com. Pranita is so passionate about her work. I am pregnant and the care & the service that those two ladies gave me was outstanding. My hair and colour looks gr8. Fully satisfied with their work and service. Amazing people and awesome service. I would highly recommend this place for hair cut and colour :)

Amazing outcome - 100% satisfied! I’ve got very thick hair and it’s never been easy styling it, let alone colour it. BUT…Pranita nailed my colouring today (full-head highlights)!! She knew exactly how to handle my volume & length, very friendly and made me at easy with answering questions in a way that I understood (I.e colour types, toners, volume, etc). I will definitely go back to her for colouring again in the future! Thanks again Pranita 🙌

First time getting full head foils done on my hair and I love it! Very informative and helpful choosing my colour and how to take care of my hair. Would highly recommend to anyone. Didn't have to wait to be seen. Place was clean and tidy. The lady that did my hair was really nice. Everything about the place is great! 10/10 from me!!!!!

I have been going to hair dot com for over 4 years for haircuts and keratin treatments. Pranita is always professional and friendly. The service is top notch and I am always happy with the results. Pranita always does her utmost to ensure customer satisfaction.I would recommend them as a professional hairdresser with great value for money.

Had issues with my keratin treatment however they were willing to rectify and gave me a good explanation as to what had happened (the suppliers had altered the product and the immediate result was very diffrent to my usual result). The stylist Pranita is really kind and lovely I just think the manager could be less defensive when communicating with customers who have issues. After a wash, dry and straighren (which they provided for free) my keratin result was lovely so thank you

5+++stars...I just had my hair done today and I absolutely love it, they are true professionals, very knowledgeable and give great aftercare tips that helps you save ,they also use high quality products which is a bonus. I don’t usually have time to leave reviews let alone unsolicited ones but the job Pranita did on my hair definitely warrants one. I never used the salon before finding them via grabone and purchased half head of foils and cut. The care and attention to the colouring was excellent, best foils I’ve had for years. Haircut great too! Highly recommend.

I visited earlier this week and was pretty nervous because I've never been to a hairdresser before, let alone had my hair permanently straightened. The shop is through to the back of the barber - tidy, spacious and clean. I believe it was Priya who took care of me during my visit. She made me feel at ease and walked me through each step of the process. I came in with partially coloured hair and it is very curly and now 5 days later after my first wash I can confirm the chemical straightening process has been a complete success. My hair is pin-straight. I love it. The aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had a GrabOne voucher and although I did have to pay extra at the appointment because of the colour in my hair, it was explained and well worth it. She even gave me a deal on the conditioner and shampoo. I'm especially grateful for the tip about using Almond Oil for extra shine and conditioning. My hair is so sleek and shiny, I'm actually amazed. I'll definitely be back.

Priya did an amazing job with my highlights - my hair had been previously coloured red and she managed to transform it into a beautiful ashy dark blonde in just one session, I was really impressed. Best dye job I've had in years! Great value too, and really friendly and professional. I'll be back 😊

From the outside it looks like a normal barber shop but then you step inside and BOOM its spacious, inviting and staff greet you immediately 😉 I had a voucher from treatme & it was sooo worth it...👌👌👌🤍💙🤍💙 The staff were accommodating & professional..My hair colour, hair cut & style was amazing once finished and it was exactly the time quoted by the hair stylist...Thank you very much for my new hairdo & colour...I 💜 it!...10/10 girlz keep up the good work! I would highly recommend this salon to everyone...See everyone again in 6 weeks...

I am extremely amazed with the service provided by Priya and her boss. Firstly for understanding my situation using the group on voucher and did a wonderful job coloring my hair and the cut. Really happy with the outcome..on time and very professional.

I had Priya do permanent straightening on my hair and it turned absolutely amazing! The before and after were unreal, she’s is super easy to talk to and knows what she’s doing. Can’t wait to go back and get my roots touched up, highly recommend this place☺️

I came here to get a keratin treatment done. I've had it done once before at another salon and my experience at hair dot com was much better! I didn't get her name but the lady that mainly looked after me was very polite and didn't waste no time into getting stuck into my hair. Then after a while a second lady came to help her to get my hair done quicker. All up it only took 2 hours! Will definitely back for my next session I was wary because of the cost but glad I gave it a shot! They also gave me much more aftercare tips than the previous salon. Thanks again!

Ive Been looking for a good hair salon for 2 years in Auckland, so I got a coupon a few a month go, I thought I will give it a try and guess what the service and hair cut was fantastic! the lady was so nice and polite! I'm going back tomorrow for hair cut and blow-dry. I Do recommend this place and the lady's, that's why I gave them a 5 star, I had a lovely time there :) Will post a picture of my hair soon.

I've always found it hard to settle on a good hairdresser, so my friend suggested i tried hair dot com a few years ago... and decided to give them a try. Well I've never looked back! They listen to what i want, offer me expert opinions, and i always leave loving my hair! Hair dot com always offers warm and friendly service, and they are so reasonably-priced compared to other Auckland salons!! Thanks, I'll be back time and time again xx

After finding hairdotcom on grab one i rung to see if i could get a last minute appointment, and it was no trouble at all, they had an opening this afternoon and were so accomodating. The hair stylist working with my hair today (Im so sorry i forgot ask your name), was so lovely and welcoming and really did the most amazing job on my precoloured amd kinda damaged hair. She worked around the awkward lengths and gave me the most amazing balayage colour i ever could have dreamed of. Despite the bad reviews people have left, the staff are incredibly friendly and professional, talking and explaining the process the whole way while answering any questions with so much knowledge! I wanted a great bright copper balayage, and it wasnt promised due to previous colour, but she really delivered and made it work, while maintaining the health of my hair and even improving it. I feel like a million bucks. I will be back without a doubt.

I've been to Hair Dot Com a couple of times and they have gone above and beyond with their service. Special thanks to Priya for showing passion in what she does. She makes her clients feel comfortable and explains every procedure clearly and ensures I have understood everything before she starts working on my hair or my sisters' hair. Used a Grabone voucher here for a Keratin Smoothing Treatment. I was attended to very quickly and the process was about 2 hours. Priya was very informative about the process and explained everything to me including aftercare. Hair feels amazing. Highly recommended.

Really happy with my first time here. I got a wella chemical permenant straightening treatment. Good price and the girl was lovely Im not sure how to spell her name preya? 1 year later my hair is absolutely damaged and ruined.... DO NOT GET CHEMICAL STRAIHTENING

Left feeling like a million dollars. Salon is a hidden gem at the back of a barber, but completely removed. Quaint, peaceful, clean. the ladies work together like a robust, well oiled machine, helping each other out with a smile. Created a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be back

Keratin treatment was good and the price was good. They will charge you if you have long hair however. My hair is just below my shoulders and I was charged $30 extra. Also, the hairdresser didn't know what face framing was for the haircut. The salon is not in the best location, there were lots of people lounging around the front door, and lots of ambient noise in the salon (ie honking cars and shouting).

Really impressed with my stylist Nita, I showed her a pic of what I wanted she cut and styled my hair and it looks great, really satisfied and she was lovely, will definately be back has taken a very long time to find a good stylist, glad I found mine!
