Great service! I have long hair and usually hairdressers take off way too much hair, the right amount was removed due to my spilt ends. Hair massage was great my hair was thoroughly washed. Highly recommend, this is now my go to place for all my hair related needs.

It was really good experience and the staff really cared about my preferences making sure that I was satisfied and they stayed longer than their opening time. My hair looked and felt so good after! Definitely would recommend.

I drive here from a long way because Susie knows exactly what colour and style suits me. I always go with her recommendations and have never had any regrets.

Great service, appreciate Suzie staying later than closing hours to fit me in. Loved the finished colour and cut. Would definitely recommend.

Got my hairs done over the weekend, Suzzie did an amazing job. I literally loved my hairs. Highlights were on point and the layers cut she did, is outstanding. The layering is the best one out of all I’ve got done. Staff is really nice and helpful, they stayed back after hours to get my hairs done, but didn’t rush at all and did it professionally. Highly recommend them

Hi. I first met Susie when she managed the hairdresser shop in Manukau. At that stage I was just getting my roots done. When Susie moved to Manurewa I first heard about keratin treatment. I was encouraged to have this treatment and after a while I did. Om gosh the absolute change in my hair is just amazing. I now have very very shiny straight hair. Susie encouraged me to use good products (shampoo and conditioner) and I have been doing this. I get so many compliments about my hair. This is something I am not used to. My hair is shiny sleek and my crowning glory. I have a wonderful cut which compliments the treatment. So firstly I can say that Hairlab offers some AMAZING results. Susie’s staff are awesome. Taylah does the best blow dry and straighten I have ever had. She takes real pride in her work and goes that extra mile to make sure your hair is PERFECT. Roshni is an amazing beautician. She has curled my eyelashes, dyed my eyebrows, waxed for hair removal. I cannot believe how painless she makes waxing especially in very sensitive areas. She has wide knowledge on beauty products. I have been using Pure Fiji nourishing exotic oil combined with the body moisturiser and my skin has never felt so soft. On a personal level I always feel welcome when I go to Hairlab. People are smiling and laughing the music is great it’s a great atmosphere. The staff including Susie are always kind caring and professional. The premises are spotless and everything is set out well. I have recommended Hairlab to many of my friends who can see what my hair is like.

First time using Hairlab. Extremely happy with the work done. Quality, Professional & Friendly service. Susie was very responsive to my queries and so I booked in. Susie listened to my requests and made suggestions where applicable. Great atmosphere to be in. Susie was very accommodating and so was her team, very welcoming staff. I did a hush job chopping off my hair and decided to go with Hairlab instead of my normal Hairdresser. Thank you so much to Mel for doing and amazing job fixing my hair. Absolutely love it. Got exactly what I wanted - Short Hair with a beautiful colour. Thank you also to Tayla for helping out with straightening my hair and for the laughs too. Thank you so much Ladies. Have been going to Hairlab for many years now and they never fail to deliver high quality and friendly service. I have a very difficult type of hair and have been to many othe salons that cannot deal with my type of hair. Suzie and Tayla understands my type of hair (thick frizzy Tongan hair) and always does amazing work on my hair. I highly recommend Hairlab. They are truly passionate, caring and always make you feel beautiful from the moment you enter to when you leave. They truly go out of their way to look after you.

Suzie is brilliant. She's been my hair stylist for years. I went there with a disaster hair colour from another salon post lockdown & she fixed it. I value highly her expertise in colour. The end result is a toning down of the old colour & enhanced by the new one. Magical. Thanks Suzie.

Great staff with reasonable prices for quality services. Had a wash, cut, blow dry and straighten. The style was something I've never tried before, but exactly what I wanted and turned out great. Will be going back on the regular

Friendly staffs with personalised service. The staffs are experienced and quality of work is awesome. The owner is very nice and professional, she takes out time to explain the products and the styles properly so the end result is always satisfying. I have always trusted them, the colour and style of my hair has been amazing . I have always received complements outside how amazing the colour of my hair and style looks. I always have been taken in on time and have been a happy smiling customer.

I desperately needed a hair makeover after arriving from Brisbane to attend a 21st birthday up north and Susie and the team at Hairlab answer all of my prayers plus more!! She did an absolutely fantastic job and I even went back and got free layering done before heading back across the ditch. First Hairdresser I have been to where her clients are treated more like family and they get hugs when they leave 👍👍

It is always great when you come here and the ladies are very welcoming and lovely. Its clean and very spacious. The price is affordable. Threading and waxing is done well and they listen to what you want done. It shows that they have good experience and they do well. I would recommend coming here.
