I ordered Lip balm kit for my daughters' project. All ingredients are correctly measured already, so it was very simple and easy for them to make. They didn't need my help at all. I purchased some wax via trade me and it was a very positive experience. The wax arrived within 2 days and was perfect for the candles I am making. Even better was the small pottle of kawakawa skin balm that was inside the box! I suffer from dry skin on the backs of my hands, which I’ve tried so many different moisturisers on without much luck, but this one works amazingly well. this is the second time I have ordered refinded cocoa butter from here, first time was over a year ago (when i just started making chocolate and was trying different butters). after a lot of testing (and tasting) I have come back to do a much larger order this time around because the quality was perfect for my chocolate making and I must say delivery times was great! one of the only packages I received during lockdown that somehow didnt get backlogged in the Auckland Courier service. I bought Kakwakawa Skin Balm to try on infected eczema before using the antibiotic and Advantan that was prescribed by a dermatologist. There was good improvement within two weeks and after six the area has virtually completely healed. At first I was only looking at purchasing just the Jars as I make my own homemade creams and balms.. as I was scrolling through I came across the infused kawakawa oils and shea butter, so brought those along side my jars! Made my balms and creams and it turned out perfectly! Just how I would make it using my own infused kawakawa oils! I made my lip balm and just love it. The instructions were easy to follow and when I had a question about using all the ingredients, I received a very quick reply. A glass jug was recommended and I agree because all I had was a bowl and it didn’t pour well into the small pots. Note to self: get a glass jug, very good idea. I will get one of my grandchildren to make the labels for me and reward their efforts with a lovely vanilla lip balm. I encourage anyone to try this, not only do you get plenty of pots and you know what went into them, but it is fun too.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I have had terrible skin problems with my hands for years. They were massive dry and irritated and always sore and in pain. I have tried pretty much every product on the market; both natural and otherwise. Honest Skincare kawakawa balm is the only thing that helped and healed my hands completely after only a week. Same with the Shea butter; I have read that palm oil can be used to give it a yellow colour, but yours is pale and besides, I don't expect a company like Honest Skincare would condone it's use. I recently visited my daughter for a holiday with hands and forearms covered in wee bite marks and scratches from a new puppy.
