Great massage, absolutely lovely staff! Treated my mum and I perfectly. 4 stars because I got a 1 hour massage but it only lasted around 40-45 min. And also, the lady at the counter was very friendly but also very pushy and tried to sell us products after we repeatedly said no. Very friendly and lovely service but those were the two downfalls for me xxx

Booked my daughter and I for our very first visit, waxing and threading. Place is very private and overall ambience was very peaceful and relaxing. Eyebrow waxing was initially not so good, but they did do threading afterwards and they turned out beautiful. My daughter loved Rajni, who also gave us some good skin care advise. Will definitely return for more waxing, and might even try a massage. Friendly staff, clean and tidy. Pricing is reasonable. Thanks ladies :-)

Thank you so much to Rajdeep for the amazing service. I went first for a chin and upper lip wax and she made me feel comfortable enough to get my first Brazilian wax. She’s amazing at what she does and will highly recommend her. Definitely will be a regular ☺️

Eyebrows and Eyelash tinting! Loved this experience and will be returning! The ladies who worked with my mother and I (Radhika and Neua) Were so so lovely and made us feel very comfortable. I was a bit nervous because it was my first time getting any type of tinting/waxing procedure done on my face but the ladies made it very quick and easy and assured me there was nothing to worry about! I'm so happy with my brows and my eyelashes and can't wait for when I have to get them done again :D

Excellent customer service had difficulty locating the spa due to baby brain called and was given clear instructions and she waited on the phone outside for my arrival. The whole team are kind and professional went well above and beyond to make my experience a relaxing one. Had a full body massage by Neha who was attentive, friendly and just all around amazing at what she does. Could not recommend this place enough. I will be back.

Absolutely love this place and the people that collectively work to make iGlow Spa excellent. Service is unfailingly good, great quality and so worth the value of their prices. I did my Brazilian waxing today with Rajdeep. She was kind and caring. Provided great service and took care of me very well. I have been a customer for more than a year now. My only concern is unlike before now the spa charges extra for credit/ debit card usage. I mean who carry cash in this age. I think it’s unfair for the customers.

This is my first time waxing in years after my traumatic experience with another beauty salon, and omg I was so nervous like it was my first time all over again. I had Rajdeep? And she made me feel so comfortable and normal. The process wasn’t rushed and she took her time on the sensitive parts. She was also very educational. I loved my experience overall and I loved having her as my wax lady. She’s now got a new regular client :)

Went to get my underarms waxed , the shop itself is really nice clean and presentable , staff are lovely and so was the lady who did my waxing . The only downfall and put off was during my wax she kept saying things about my skin and facial hair . "oh you have blackheads on your nose" "when was the last time you got your eyebrows and upper lip done you have fast hair growth" it felt like she was pushing me into getting more stuff done , if I wanted to get that done I would of booked in for all that including my armpits. Plus I had my eyebrows and upper lip done a week before so I really don't know what she was talking about. also when she finished, she directed me to view their pure fiji range recommending me products but after multiple times of saying no she kept going and pressuring me to buy a product etc... I mean great way of upselling but no need to keep going after saying no. besides that its clean business downfall is the upselling it was really annoying.

3/12/2021 marks my first ever professional massage. Arrived early and was checked in. Rajni was my assigned masseuse and was very polite and respectful. She had a soft spoken voice and clear speech. The massage was awesome. I felt like a block of melted butter after my session was complete. I am booked in for my next. I waited about 20 minutes on the massage bed before she came. She did apologise though. The massage was decent but it was start stop start stop kinda flow. The last hot stone I had was continuous. I really got annoyed when she kept trying to sell me products and up sell. I don't mind a little upselling koz that's business right but don't push it koz you'll lose sales. I spent quit a bit of money already so yeah. What I did love was the smell,.and cleanliness. She used warm oil aswell which was a nice touch. All in all I'd give it a 4/10.

I had a back scrub, relaxation massage and facial by Rajni. I expected just a basic massage but she also included my arms, hands, and scalp, which was great. I've been to many places for a massage Including cruises and overseas treatment. I personally completed massage therapy training in NZ and I can not believe how amazing this deep tissue massage was. Ashwin was so tentative and focused on each stroke. She used proper technique to keep my muscles warm and relaxed through a long 1.5hr massage. I didn't feel uncomfortable inregard to wrong pressure. The room is dark with calm music and you can't hear anything next door. They are very professional, well dressed and clean. The rooms and reception speaks luxury and tranquility. I've already booked my next one.

As an endurance athlete I am constantly here getting a good 1 hour deep tissue massage every few weeks or each week depending on race schedule. It always feels great in getting rid of the knots especially around the calves and back area. I reckon it speeds my recovery up by about 2 days after a hard session or race which is huge when training almost daily for huge distances. Have tried a few other places over the years but nothing compared to iglow and the ladies there.

I got a 1hr massage on 6th Dec from Radhika. She was very helpful and I purchased a lot of pure fiji products. The new building was difficult to find and the parking at the old venue was much better. My massage was not as relaxing as I hoped due to the neighbors having band practice during my appointment. That is not something that Iglow have control of though, its just unfortunate timing. I do attend regular massages in my local area that are more affordable which is preferable to my budget.

Amazing experience. One of the best 60min massages (full body) I've had & at the best price too. I am pregnant and the staff took very good care of me. Service & price was so good I decided to get my brows shaped and I bought a Fiji luxury body oil. I will definitely be returning soon.

Had seen a GrabOne voucher for them but decided to book direct in order to get a full hour massage. Very easy to book, even for a same day booking. Ama, my masseuse, did an incredible job and I left with many of the knots in my back worked out! The pressure was great and she had the perfect balance of checking in on me without chatting too much. The massage itself was 5 star but there was a lot of upselling for products and the like which I didn't appreciate. However, the massage was still great so I was happy to book a future appointment.

Myself and my sisters went on Saturday for a full body and foot massage and it was AMAZING!!! There was a hiccup at first due to owner over promising us with something which couldnt happen due to space restrictions and had the staff puzzled but after the staff explained and they had it sorted out everything was sweet. I would recommend going in to speak to the staff in regards to what you want rather than through the owner. other than that keep up the awesome work lovely ladies :)

Booked online for the same day and manage to get an appointment. The booking system is user-friendly. Arrived 5 minutes early and received a warm welcome right away. The room came with two beds but thankfully did not have anyone else next to me during my appointment. I am amazed at what I received for only $49! A head, neck, back deep tissue massage - it was done with great skill and professionalism. I usually pay $500 at establishments like East Day Spa but turns out I can get the same experience for much cheaper! Thank you Josh (female), I will be back!

Pedicure was a bit average compared to other places but had a really amazing massage thanks to Radhika. Very relaxing. Although you can hear people outside the room talking and in the room next to you.

The rejuvenate special was good vue for $. Facial was amazing and hot stone massage perfect. The pedi was ok not many colour nail polish to choose from and the chairs are very narrow & im not big. I had a coupon gift from a friend. The therapist - Sheetal gave me a great deep tissue massage and relaxing back scrub. I also had one of the most basic facials which was very cleansing. The building has parking which confused me - pay attention to the signs not the printed Frank Casey markings. I have sensitive skin so had to wash the facial cream - Pure Fiji - straight off when I got home as the fragrance/cream was too strong and started to sting. Overall a great massage and back scrub!

Completed a short questionnaire and straight into the room. The second therapist was Joselyn Lovely music and mood lighting. The beds are warmed. Service was delicate and friendly. The beds are warmed and everything is clean and tidy. The ladies were very hygiene conscious throughout. I had AMA. She was wonderful checking that I was going well throughout and that the heat, pressure etc was to my liking. We really enjoyed our time here and will come back and try some other services. Best sign was that my partner noticed the difference in my skin...sometimes he doesn't lol

It was my first time with her and she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me and I've already made a booking for my next visit! Everything is great. Love the sterile and ambient environment. However when you do the eyebrows you need more experience. Waxing isn't always good, the girl I had told me waxing is better and gave me no other choice. You can try work on your threading please.

Let me put it this way - if you're a guarded person with reservations on a certain level - from being greeted at the door, the ambience of the place to meeting the therapist and being attended to - forgive yourself for being putty in her hands that you turn from being jittery n nervous to being so relaxed that there's delicate snoring coming from the therapy room. Suffice to say, I highly recommend this establishment, n so too the therapist Ama. better for you to experience it for yourself, else you may think am exaggerating. Brazilian wax here is done very quick, not gentle. Lots of attempts to rip the wax off before actually getting it off, really started to hurt after a while. Lots of wax left over I was stuck to my pants for the rest of the day until I got home. Contemplating going back.
