The best in the business. Khoobsurat Salon provides everything you need & you can't beat the quality & service. Sussan is the most welcoming hair dresser/beautician that I have ever met. On top of that she's the best at what she does - you will leave the salon feeling amazing every time!! I can't recommend them enough.

I've gotten my waxing and hair done at Khoobsuart and its the best place to get it done. Susan helps a lot, she gives the best advice about hair and beauty. The employees are very friendly and the costumer service is great.

The boss lady is the best. We need more honest people like Sussan in this industry. She is just very hard working and makes people happy.

VIP SERVICES, I drive from Parnell to come here. Very luxurious salon. One of best salon I ever visited better than salons in the Auckland cbd. If you want a next level VIP services come here. Very high end services. You feel like a queen in this salon. Susan keep up the good work.

After ages I decided to get pampered, in a whim booked at Khoobsurat on Stoddard road ( I am a regular there for my odd once a year leg wax 😂) I decided to go full out and booked myself for shah herbal facial, deluxe full body massage, Indian head massage and pedicure, I was looked after by Mel and Susan; Mel was great but Susan took it to next level. Mel has strong hands, enthusiasm and speed in her work, and Susan’s skill is pure wise experience. At one point, I over heard Susan’s whisper to Mel, ‘...at the end, if the client falls asleep, never wake them up, leave the room’, this instantly took me back 20 years where facials were done with care and not in speed to turn over clients quickly. The absolute care, products used and hospitality is my kinda taking care of clients vibe; professional yet warm and friendly. The 2 vain things that upset me are flavourless food and bad massages, that’s why I like to stick to regular places where I know what I paying for (specially massages). My inner voice prompted this was a bad decision, gear up for mega disappointment, specially 4 services booked all at the same time for the first time, yikes!! Phew! Best decision of 2020. Since I was there for almost 3 hours, I was also offered yummy finger food with chai. I was a happy happy child. I went home relaxed, fed and absolutely content. I would recommend all the 4 services I booked. of-course, make prior appointment, clearly discuss your skin and hair concerns first and choose the right service for your skin needs. 🤩

Absolutely love this place. Hospitality is AAA+. The staff are so nice and helpful. Sussan has trained her girls really well. She is amazing. When i walked in it was like walking in one of Tabatha's Salon.Her consultations and advice is honest. She is not in to making making like most salons do. She lays everything good, side effects and after care. Amazing job Sussan. Don't stop been you. You are unique and special. We need more people like you in this industry .

Susan is the most famous beautician in Auckland city, she is humble boss, my wife always go there since she was young. I from hern Bay, so Susan shop is way better than all the Auckland cbd shops. The attention to detail is good.

Mel AKA Malika is amazing. VIP SERVICE = Very high end service. She is very good with her craft. Hope you guys get her she is very humble and smart. Amazing hospitality. She is probably the best staff I have ever met. Very positive experience

Amazing. Top service. From the moment you walk in Sussan is on the go with full of knowledge. Very honest and straight. The staff is very well trained with service. I extremely highly recommend this salon if you want service and and a good people who wont rip you off for your money.

It's a 50 minute drive for me to get to Khoobsurat, but it's well worth it. Susan is absolutely fantastic with giving you a look that suits your face. I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone. I know if I go to her, I wouldn't get disappointed. Thank you for what you do. Evette

After an unsatisfying 4 year long relationship with my waxing lady - that was based on convenience, I cheated and came to see Susan. Dont regret it one bit! Susan runs such a tight ship and she is a perfectionist. In 1 sitting she almost brang me to tears over my brow transformation (using only thread) and gave me my confidence back. Her salon is beautiful and clean and is so worth the extra travel time for me ❤ thanks Susan

Amazing staff, amazing qaulity service i have been going to this parlour for 9 years now and i always get a amazing service as soon as you walk in!! this is the only place where i get my make up and hair done! laser is also very effective! definitely urge you to try it.. had my hair coloured for the first time results where really great without bleaching as well!! facials are great you will just fall asleep..

Khoobsurat is such a nice salon. I go there and get pampered from head to toe! I love the atmosphere and the bubbliness that Susan has. They do really good eyebrow threading, protein treatments for hair and waxing. If you want to feel good and look amazing go to Khoobsurat!! I love going there :)

I've been going to Susan since I was in high school and now she's the only one I'll let cut my hair. Her bubbly personality and sweet attitude, as well as a desire to give the perfect haircut everytime is one of the reasons I love her work. I always recommend her to my family, and they love her too. Average cost for a decent layered haircut is around $30 for me, which makes sense with the thickness and texture I have. Love her, and her team. 5 stars always :)
