First time getting a lash lift and eyebrow shaping at Lash Loft from the lovely Catherine yesterday. So impressed by the service and my lashes and brows look amazing! I have received compliments on them already! Looking forward to my next appointment and would highly recommend this place. x

Have been to other lash lift places who couldn’t cater for my eyelashes properly, lash loft does not compare. First time experience here was amazing. Booking was great, service was even better and my lash lift results are exceptional, just what I’ve been looking for.Definitely worth the price if you want amazing results.

Just had such a great first experience at Lash Loft. I’m so happy with my lash lift. The best job I’ve ever had done. They tailored my treatment to the shape of my eyes and lashes and I got an excellent result. Such lovely friendly staff too. Well worth travelling from the city.

I had a great experience. Rita 2 did my lashes, she was amazing and very welcoming and made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. She had amazing manners, was kind and friendly. Not to mention the great effort she did on my lashes. I just wanted to recognise the amazing staff and the difference it makes when the staff are kind and friendly. Will definitely be coming back and will book with Rita!

i never thought i could get such a great look with my naturaleye lashes,i dont get extensions and always come here for lifts and eyebrow tints and always walk out super satisfied with my results and i always recieve compliments on how natural but so beautiful my lashes and eyebrows look. The staff always make sure you feel comfortable and ask you about how you would personally like your lashes and brows then give a great resut. The setting is also very relaxing and calm.100% reccomend coming here you wont regret it!

Ive tried YUMI Lash lifts at most of the places that offer it in Auckland (incl lash noir) and this is by far the best place to go to. In particular, I see Judy and I get the best service each time. I live an hour away but it's worth the journey for the quality!

I’m usually sceptical because I haven’t had good lash extensions in the past, either they make it too glam or they’ve applied lashes that are way too heavy for my natural lashes (I have short ones). Sophie did an AMAZING job to make mine look more natural and feel lighter. She was professional and made you feel comfortable. I will be back to try the lash lift. Definitely worth the money! 5/5. I've had a lash lift done previously at another place and my experience (being a bit claustrophobic) wasn't very nice so was a bit nervous going to get it done again. I have been following Lash Loft for some time and seeing all the amazing work, I finally decided to book in to get my lashes done. Catherine made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the whole process and what she was doing, so I felt so at ease. I would highly recommend Lash Loft to anyone who wants to get their lashes done - no more eye lash curler or false lashes, the results are so amazing. Love my lashes and will be a regular there xx

This was my first lash lift ever with Catherine she made me feel really comfortable and talked me through the process and aftercare etc. I am so happy with the results! I don't need to wear any mascara which saves me so much time getting ready in the morning. I am currently 1 week in and my lashes are the same as when I left on day 1. Highly recommend if you don't want eyelash extensions or are tired of putting mascara on everyday. (I also recommend buying the keratin mascara) Thanks guys see you soon xx

Wanted somewhere local to get my lashes done for the first time and lash loft was the perfect place. Catherine’s studio was so beautiful and welcoming. The YUMI lash lift was fantastic as I don’t have to maintain them like extensions but they still look amazing. The whole experience was so friendly and relaxed and my lashes look great! This is my first ever lash treatment experience and it did not disappoint! The lady at Lash Loft Catherine is such a lovely lady and makes you at ease instantly. Her cute little in Home studio is beautifully styled, clean and comfortable. The whole process was stress free and comfortable and didn’t irritate my sensitive eyes at all ! I received a lash lift here about 6 weeks ago. It is a beautiful welcoming space and the technician was lovely and professional. My lashes looked amazing for the first 4 weeks but after that they went a bit wild. I was told that this was inevitable and normally happens. My only concern is that I wish I had known this before the lift. The lift itself was amazing and definitely worth it, but I would recommend timing your lift so that you do not have any important events 4-8 weeks after your lift!

Catherine's work is amazing. Being my first lash lift I wasn't too sure what to expect as my lashes are very straight but I couldn't be more happier with my results. Catherine is warm, friendly and professional making me feel very comfortable straight away and was really lovely allowing me to reschedule my appointment last minute. I had a lash lift and brow work done by Catherine and I am very pleased with the outcome, and have had so many compliments on both my lashes and brows. After coming from extensions, the lift is so much more natural and easy to take care of! I just use the keratin mascara morning and night to keep them healthy and dewy. Lovely relaxing studio with friendly therapists. The yumi brand of lash lift is definitely the best - you get what you pay for! It is now two weeks after my lash lift and they still look amazing. I don’t have to wear mascara at all! I will definitely be back!

Four times already! Every time lasts like 7 weeks for me. I feel so much more confident with my lashes, been complimented so many times. Even by my students <3 I'm so grateful to Catherine for being so knowledgeable about lash techniques. She deserves all the 5 star reviews she has! To her recommendation, I've also been using the revitalash eyelash conditioner for a while and I've noticed my lashes are much longer now ~~ The clear mascara also looks so nice on my lashes. I'm almost finished with my first tube and I think I will repurchase!

Had my lashes done by Catherine @ Lash Loft and OH MY GOD, my lashes is amazing. I've never thought my straight boring lashes can look so long, curl and extension like. My eyes is also highly sensitive but the treatment was pain free, stress free and no tears at all. Catherine also made sure I was very comfortable and relax. My second time getting a lash lift at Lash Loft with Catherine and I could not be happier with the results. Short and very straight lashes (like mine) were no obstacle. The first time lasted me 10 weeks (I recommend using the keratin mascara for longer lasting results). Not only is Catherine friendly and approachable, she is also thorough in the process to make sure you are comfortable and get great results. Would highly recommend to anybody who is looking for a more natural eyelash extension that lasts long and is without the tedious maintenance that comes with eyelash extensions.

It was my first time getting the YUMI lash tint & lift and I cannot be happier with the results! Amazing experience for my very first lash lift! I will be returning to Catherine! Literally didn’t need to worry about mascara for the days I’m running late 😅 Only issue I had was on one eye the inner lashes were too curled to a point where it sticks to my lids, and if I try to put mascara on it just smudges. Also since last week I noticed that quite a few lashes on both eyes have gone curly ☹️

Having had no prior lash treatment done before, I had such an amazing experience with Catherine. My lashes are long but very thin and droopy. If I don’t curl them, they would cover my eyes. I got my YUMI lash lift and tint on Friday and had plans to go surfing on Sunday. After surfing I prepared myself for the possibility that the lashes maybe droopy. To my surprise they were perfect. Now I’m enjoying not spending time in the morning curling or putting mascara on my lashes. I’d never go back to not having them done now. I would highly recommend it!! And the nicely decorated relaxing atmosphere was a bonus! 😍😍

After an underwhelming first time experience at a different beauty salon in Auckland I’d thought I’d give getting a lash lift done one more try considering it is quite a bit of money but I am so stoked with my lashes this time and wished I had just tried lash loft to begin with because they are worth it. Not only do they look amazing ( they’re full and voluminous without mascara and have had so many compliments I feel like they could almost pass as extensions if I say so myself 💁🏽‍♀️) but Catherine was so lovely and was the best service I’ve ever received at a beauty salon. She took time to discuss what my expectations were, and followed through with amazing results. Also made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Currently at day 7 post lash lift and they look as good as day 1. Can’t wait to go back for my second, third , fourth etc lash lift !

I saw Catherine today for a YUMI Lash Lift & Tint and also the Brow Works. This was my first time getting a lash lift and the results has beyond exceeded my expectations! My lashes look like I have mascara on, but even better as they are long and dark but no clumps or flaking. My brows are polished and also look like I have them filled in, but no product! Woohoo. From booking my appointment to finding the salon, everything was a breeze. The studio is clean and comfortable, even an electric blanket and a cozy blanket and pillow to keep me warm during the appointment while it was raining and cold outside. Catherine sure to check in with me and explain what she was doing during. I felt safe and in good hands. You can tell she has years of experience. The end result was amazing! Why have I not done this before? I'm sure this will become a routine service for me. I'm all for enhancing my no make up look. I'm glad I chose Lash Loft for my first Lash Lift. Takes about a 30 min drive on a good day to get out to Howick from where I stay, and boy would I do it again for the outstanding YUMI lash lift service @LASHLOFT. This is the longest a lash lift has lasted for me and I absolutely LOVE LOVE the results. Also apart from the current 444 5star google reviews, there is really no need to look elsewhere. I have never had this sort of thing done before and was really nervous going into it. But the lash loft team made this a really pleasant and comfortable experience. The staff are professional but nice and genuinely care about your experience. The studio is very clean and relaxing. I was also really happy to hear the products used are vegan and completely natural. THE RESULTS ARE AMAZING! Serious difference before and after. Will definitely be back :)

I had my lashes done previously by a well known establishment in Central Auckland, I left very disappointed & disheartened. After much research, I decided to give Catherine a call. Her 'down to earth' phone manner instantly put my doubts at ease. She was most accommodating & was able to see me despite the last minute request. Upon arrival, Catherine's welcoming nature makes anyone feel at home. I loved her studio, an intimate & calming environment. Due to previous numerous lash extensions, I was left with scarce eye lashes. It didn't help that my lashes are also naturally short. Catherine can work miracles!! Even after a couple of months my lashes were still curled. I even had compliments from random strangers. Catherine is a genuine professional. She's knowledgable & is obviously passionate about her line of work. I highly recommend Catherine. I will travel the distance, because she's worth it!

Had a lash lift for the first time today, the space was so gorgeous and well set out and the whole process was painless and super relaxing. It was hard not to fall asleep. This was my first time doing the Yumi Brazilian lash lift, I'd only ever had lash perms done, and what a wonderful experience it was. My lashes look longer and fuller. I recently became restless with my straight lashes that failed to stay curled regardless of which makeup or tools I used on them. I knew there was decent length in them so I decided to research options, to which the Yumi lash lift stuck out. I opted for the Lash Loft's lifting + tinting service over lash extensions - they are meant to last longer and it made me feel better about enhancing what I already have. The hour-long session went quicker than expected. Upon arrival, Catherine was welcoming, professional, and lovely, but it was also a good chance for me to slow down. I felt as though I was in a state of meditation for a bit as she delicately worked on my eyes - this is some form of self care I can definitely vouch for. 2 weeks on and I still wake up surprised at how well they have held up despite my daily exercise, sweat and skin care routine. I feel pretty and brighter, and I haven't even felt the need to wear mascara when going out yet. Lash lifts are going to be a new regular of mine!!

Fully recommend Lash Loft and it's worth the drive. I've been getting lash lifts for years, tried Lash Loft yesterday and loved the care and attention taken with ensuring the tint is all the way to the roots to get that "pop", but also tinting and shaping my eye brows at the same time. And I was given some great advise for long term care to make my eye brows wonderful again. Will be returning!

I decided to drive from Northshore to Lash loft and did not have any regret!!! Catherine is an expert and made my lashes lifted as much as she could! I have tried Lash Noir for my first Yumi lash lift but I came out with half lifted lashes (hence why I never went back there again, waste of $$$!!). Catherine's work gave me twice as much lift than Lash Noir did for the same price! Could not believe that she could do a much better job than a well-known beauty salon. The adhesive glue is 100% sugar cane). Essential things you need to know before putting anything on/around your eyes. Really helpful and satisfy treatment. I have extremely short and thick lashes and no lash curler or mascara can help my poor lashes. But after this lash lifting treatment，suddenly all those mascaras that I thought were very crappy are working on me！My eyes look bright and life fully even without any mascaras. And it's nothing like lash extensions that you have to be very careful when you wash your face or remove your eye makeup, which is really convenient for me. The lady helped me get this amazing experience is super nice and considerate. Denfiently worth the price!!!

I got mine done in February and they lasted about 2 and a half months. To keep them lifted longer i got this serum/conditioner that she stocks and it definitely helped a lot. Amazing lash lift! I have had plenty of them done in various places and this is by far the best I’ve had. No need at all for mascara (and I like a full look). The technique sets their lash lift apart, as I have had Yumi before and it wasn’t quite this good. I highly recommend lash loft :)

Amazing lash lift! Had the $129 lash lift w tint and eyelashes are lifted from the roots leaving a nice lifted wide eye look! Ive had my first lash lift from loft beauty in 2017 and it was a total let down where i could not tell a difference! try this if you have asian eyelashes, if you have enough eyelashes sometimes it pushes the lid up abit more giving a nice wide eye look.

Catherine the technician is kind and two minutes into the procedure it is clear that she is well trained feeling more like a facial than a eye tinting/keratin treatment. Admit I was sceptical at first because I have short thin lashes and have had sub par results from lash perms. The yumi lift has been exceptional and my lashes have never looked this good. Love how comfortable they are unlike extensions and really like not having to curl my lashes and put on layers of waterproof mascara just to hold them up. I'll be back!
