S.I had the nano lash line treatment done, the staff are lovely and professional but the reason I’m only leaving 3 stars is I’m disappointed and underwhelmed with the result. I was expecting a more defined lash line similar to one advertised below however after 3 sessions mine is very light and thin despite asking for a darker line at each session. I understand the company doesn’t do a designer look which is fine as I don’t want a make-up look, but I think a little more attention to what the client wants as a finished result is reasonable, particularly as it’s an expensive procedure.
A. N.Larissa is incredible! Went for my second appointment with her around a week ago and my brows look amazing. She’s so friendly and made the whole experience for me so comfortable and completely took all my nerves away. Lash Noir itself is so beautifully set up, the team are very genuine and professional, you feel like you are definitely in the best hands. Seriously recommend ❤️
E. N.I had a great experience here, I found the girls to be super friendly and they gave me some great advice about my pigmentation on my face. I have started treating it and am having amazing results. I also have my lashes done here and I am really happy with the result and get heaps of comments. I have recommended it to friends and I would definitely recommend a visit here.
R. P.Rather disappointed, this place is about twice as much as my usual, so I was expecting a really great experience + something with a bit more “frills” to warrant the price. The technician tells you lay on the bed, no cover so you’re lying down in an open room where people can see you and up your dress for an hour. My lashes were not cleaned, which is a bit odd as they did not even confirm that they were oil / makeup free + at the end I was given no after care advice or direction so thankful that i’ve got them done before and know how to take care of them.
The lashes are nice and obviously a higher quality than some lash extension places, but they do not last as long (23/12 - 2/1) - perhaps this is because the area was not prepped. They started to show white clumps (maybe it was the glue??) after a 6 days and became irritable af.
For how expensive they are (comparatively) what you get is not worth the extra, there a lot of places in AKL that provide a better service without the price tag. Oh and parking is $3 for 30 MINUTES.
l. n.Very professional, great communication with any question I had got back to me straight away. Had my eyebrows feather tattoo for the first time. Was a bit scared but the staff were amazing. Didn't hurt at all and I love the results. Highly recommend them ☺
