Loved my facial and brow tint at Loft. Shannon was super lovely and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. My skin feels amazing and glowy, I'll definitely be returning.

I went in for a mini facial+hydrojelly for a total of 130 dollars each, an hour facial. I got mine done by Nicole and my mother got it done by Cass. The facial was very professional and very thorough. The massage was amazing, Nicole did a fantastic job on massaging my neck and shoulders. The masks and the rest of the facials were very professionally done. Cass was also very gentle and professional. My face after the facial feels extremely smooth and hydrated. But I have combo, normal to oily skin so I do not have much acne problems so if you have different skin needs, it may be different. Both their techniques and massaging touches were very well done, I would recommend their facial and would definitely go back. Their deco was very cute.

I had such a wonderful experience at Loft. My therapist Sophia was knowledgable and made me feel at ease. She had so much great information and advice and talked me through my facial. My skin is feeling amazing now. I would definitely recommend going here. Also, the interior is beautifully styled!

Went in for a lash lift about a week and a half ago and couldn't have asked for a better service, beautiful job and awesome staff! Lash lift has lasted, and so far looking super fresh. Thanks Cass for my beautiful new lashes ! :)

Absolutely love the team at Loft. Cass is an absolute delight and always so lovely to see. She offers great advise re skin care and product options. Their prices are some of the best in Auckland and I always feel right at home each and every appointment.

Amazing facials and wonderful staff - definitely recommend coming to Loft for all your skin needs. The dermaplaning service is particularly excellent, so much care is taken and space itself is lovely.

I have been here for around 6 months so far, I can definitely see a difference on my skin! I have been there regularly for my face and back facial, they provide a very relaxing and clean environment; with very friendly and professional staffs (I usually go to Nicole), always provide the best option/treatment depending on your skin condition, also give you recommendations and samples of skincare product. They helped making my skin glows from inside out x

Just had the best most relaxing time getting a facial at Loft - Sophia was amazing and helped me understand my skin better, tailored the facial to what my skin needed and helped me with some skin care tips after too. Unbelievably relaxing and 10/10 would recommend Sophia and Loft.

I went in for a skin peel on the weekend after having a bit of acne scaring on my cheeks and chin. Lisa was very helpful and lovely to chat with. It’s only been a few days but already the spots are fading and my skin texture is looking soooo much better. Also I really appreciated not being recommended heaps of products to buy afterwards - just the one product that would suit my skin issues. I’ll definitely be back here again :)

Lisa is an amazing beauty therapist - and total Queen of Brows! Lisa makes you feel comfortable, at ease, and relaxed during your whole visit. She offers consultive skin advice and isn't pushy about making sales - its about whats best for your skin. Lisa is an expert at brow shaping - trust me, you'll walk out feeling like a new woman :)

Expensive, but they do the job. Being local makes a big difference to my life, and it's in a cute little location at the top of that old building. Will continue to book for waxes.
