Miho was so lovely and accommodating. I rebooked my appointment thrice and most salon owners will be grumpy about it but not her - she was so understanding about it. Lovely lady. I booked my mum in for a perm and it was actually my first time booking in to this salon, and it did not disappoint. My mum really loves her hair. I love it too! Everyone who saw her complimented her hair. I’m just so happy to see her happy. :) Thank you to the staff that did her hair (I didn’t get his name, sorry). Overall, the customer service and their skills are 10/10. Will definitely come back next time 👍🏼

The hair dresser, Kei is very highly skilled, and trained. His job is top notch. I have doing hair straightening for more than 20 years, bit I would say he is one of the best hair dressers. The hair salon, I think price is very fair to customers, and very handy location.

Very impressed with the service I received from Kei ! Kei listened to exactly how i wanted my two tone colors and was by far the best hair cut and colors I have ever received! Will definitely be back again soon! Affordable and friendly place to go.😊

Ive visited here for nearly four years since I moved to Auckland. Its the best hair salon in Auckland city. Fair price, having high skilled stylists. Strongly recommended and they can do all the hair cut as you required for. No hard sales, but only friendly smile and good experience.

Not my usual hairdressers but I wanted to go somewhere quick and affordable while at work. I was pleasantly surprised. It is a japanese/korean salon. The decor is a bit dated and lacking in atmosphere but for the price paid and cut received, I am happy. Naomi was very friendly and did a great job. Will definitely be back!

Both my wife and I needed a haircut after being away from home for 6 weeks. After checking reviews we decided to try and we were extremely pleased with our cuts and found the price very reasonable for the time Kei Kim took the time and effort to give us a very good cut. First time ever I had my hair cut and hair dying in New Zealand. I have to say in the beginning I was so nervous, however after I saw my hair, I was totally satisfied with my new hair style!!!

I got my hair cut and colored. the hair dresser listened to me carefully and she made it excactly what I wanted! it’s hard to find good hair salon but Oasis is highly recommended place in Auckland!

I didn't get my haircut here in the end. I found a place on Google maps and followed it to the location. When I arrived it was just an open door with a staircase going immediately upwards to the first floor. They had put a handy sign at the entrance stating the prices (30$ men's cut) which I always find useful as I would prefer not to have to go in and ask for the prices. Happy with the price I made my way up the stairs to the top where I found a doorway leading through to the salon. A man of east-Asian origin (possibly Korean) with a really cool uber-modern hairstyle (like something from a manga cartoon) told me that even though it was only 4 o'clock and the salon closes at 5 o'clock I wouldn't be able to get my haircut today because they were fully booked up. I am confident from what I saw that they do great haircuts.

good place for Japanese hair straightening methods. all of the barbors are Japanese or Korean, having to get their licenses through a harder system, would recommend for quality hair cuts.

Great service! Luna is my hairdresser and she always does awesome job. All the staff members are friendly and makes you feel like home.
